This is my first review ever! The first time I took my friend her birthday. (Sorry, this is going to be long) We both got mani-pedi with gel NP. Place lovely serene spa like. I loved it! Next time was when my friend had her hair done there! and I decided to get a Mani Pedi at the same time. The pedi was a joke! She ripped of 1/2 big toe nail and the polish was a disaster. The mani was a farce. No real manicure with water and kept upselling me (which I get) but then have the color not even remotely pink! She kept saying you will like it when you get in real light. I didn't. As I was leaving Inhad to go back so she could fix a couple polish places that was missed. I did call and told 'my story' and asked to have a polish change and a real manicure since that's what I paid for. Well, that was special. I decided to get a nail extension on my big toe nail since it looks so awful since they ripped off! I Had to pay more on top of tipping. During this horror show I did meet one technician who I thought was wonderful. By the way I made an appointment, yet I was kept waiting. I think I was there close to 3 hours! I decided to give one more try since I really wanted to have that one technician to do my mani. I did make an appt for a mani and pedi and requested her by name. After 45 minutes she came out apologized that she couldn't do it- double booked! She said I need to make appointment. I DID MAKE APPT AND ASKED FOR HER. She was really sad about and gave me a hug, had tears in her eyes. Maybe 2 hours in I get someone for mani which was a let down. The pedi was a joke. I still left a tip but will not return. EVER. Clean and friendly nail technicians. I have gotten a regular pedicure and manicure and they cleaned my cuticles really well and gave a great massage and painted well. I have gone to other places that speed through and hardly clean my nails. They also use sterilized tools and I really appreciate that. Friendly staff! Thanks! read more

Her eye for design and style--especially nail shape--is unmatched. She's also professional and has a heart to make sure I'm always satisfied with her work before I leave. The quality of service since the three different ownership changes is completely awful. I went a week ago and waited for and hour and a half with my feet in like warm water and they kept telling me it would be just a minute. They continued to put other customers into seats and helping them. I asked over and over to please have someone finish my nails and they just kept putting me off. Finally a tech started my new set and didn't listen to anything I said. It took her 90 minutes to do a new set because she has to keep fixing her mistakes. Then she messed up on my pain job by using a blue/green chrome instead of white like I asked. I didn't have time left to have her fix it so I paid and left. Will never return. I miss Red Persimmon Nails!!! If I could give zero stars I would. read more

BUYER BEWARE My husband bought me a gift certificate from this place when this placed was called Bubble Beauty Bar in May, 2024. It is Jan. 2025 and they will not honor it even though the expiration date is 5/25. My gift certificate is for $150.00. This is the same business with new owners for the third time. The gentleman on the phone said I should have received an email or phone call which I did not. I searched my email - nothing. I once had a gift certificate to this same place when it was the Red Persimmon, and when it changed to Bubble, they still honored it. I learned my lesson about gift certificates to nail salons that tend to change owners frequently. It's too bad. I really liked it when it was Red Persimmon. read more

WORST experience ever having a pedicure. The technician pulled on my toes leaving my middle toe injured. I have no idea why she did this. Please beware the salon has unskilled technicians. They also took absolutely no responsibility after it happened. They treated me like I was just trying to get out of paying the bill after I paid for the service but no tip. Probably the worst experience at a nail salon. I've been here twice and I'll never return again the first time I got my nails done I felt rushed they were a bit busy but they didn't take their time on either manicure and pedicure. It's like they just wanted to get rid of me. The hang nails weren't taken care of and the polish had a big gap from the nail bed it looked out grown. The second time I was here a few weeks ago trying to give them another shot since we all have our off days. Walking in there was such an odd and tense vibe it was not busy at all there were 2 other people there. I asked for a quick touch up on my manicure and the woman who helped me was so rude didn't even say hi or acknowledge me. She just said she was very very busy sat down pulled out her phone and started watching YouTube while doing my nails not once did she look up at me or make any kind of small talk. She seems irritated that I was there and was rough while doing my nails. I asked to try 3 different shades of pink since I was getting my nails done for my baby shower, and she proceeded to pick a different pink I didn't ask for and said this one is better. When she swatched the color she picked and I said no I want more of a baby pink she smacked her tongue and went to the back to get another color again not one of the ones I was interested in. When she came back she told the lady next to her how she hated walk ins especially when she's busy and how hard is it to schedule an appointment. I also speak their language and I understood what she said. ( the salon wasn't busy when I got there and I was the last person there it was around 5pm) She could have just denied service if she didn't want to do my nails it's not as if I'm not paying or tipping. There was a worker doing another workers pedicure another lady on the phone another one just sitting there watching tv so i don't know how they can say their are so busy! Over all I've been left with a sour taste in my mouth from this experience. This is not the place to get your nails done if you want friendly customer service. Make sure you schedule an appointment and tip big or they will treat you like garbage because they just want to get the next person done. Over all I paid $127 before tip the first time and the second time I paid $104 with tip prices are outrages for the class of service they offer. If I could leave 0 stars I would. read more
