The girls know their products inside out and it'll save you trying to negotiate what's what in this collection of worldwide boutique beauty brands. Be prepared to spend up as this beauty doesn't come cheap. That said the products are so unique and beautiful quality. Once a commonplace souvenir shop, Spring has undergone transformation and now holds some of the rarest cosmetic lines from Asia and North America. I was amazed to find some small boutique fragrance lines in here that I haven't seen since being back in the States, most specifically: Tokyo Milk, Bloom, Love + Toast and Pacifica. In addition to the ones I was familiar with, there were triple the amount of ones I was not. I wouldn't say this shop is necessarily affordable, but if you'd rather not smell like every other bird in Sydney, swing on into Spring, and pick yourself up a nice new perfume. Got to love the product - dermalogica is divine but pricey - and the salon atmosphere is deliciously calm and quiet. The necessary peace descends as soon as you enter the reception. My facial treatment was excellent - my sadly ageing skin emerged very refreshed - and I've been back for more. The massage was a little light on (I'm one for a bit of a pummel) but no doubt I could have requested it firmer. After all, health specialists agree that regular massage is good for you. At least, the ones I like to listen to do. It's certainly good for me!
