This company is like no other I've experienced. Otherwise, the fee would be included with the work agreement. I also understood that it may take a few weeks to get a site visit because of a recent hurricane that destroyed a lot of property. We continued the discussion and I advised the rep that I had a few boards (6ft pressure treated) on my fence that needed to be replaced. So, I receive a quote on a Tuesday afternoon for slightly less than $1200. I called the office the next day to discuss the quote and had to leave a message for the rep. Six days later, I get a call back and I explain my concern. The rep stated "ok, I see the quote and it's a mistake. You have quite a few boards that need to be replaced so the price should be $680". I was in shock and said that I only had 6-8 broken boards at the most...that's not 'quite a few'. The rep proceeded to tell me that "a crew needs to be sent to the site; therefore, just to get the crew on the job cost $250. Plus the labor and materials. I advised the rep that I understood their process, even if I disagreed. However, my major issue is that it took six days for a return call...after I received the quote that had to be a mistake. "Sir, we have a lot of clients". I repeated myself "I understand but six days!" At that point, I advised the rep just to send me the bill for the consultation fee so I could pay it and never call for their service again.

During the construction of the fence there was some miscommunication about the the way the Fence was supposed to look. They redid an entire section without hesitation. The fence looks great. In the weeks following completion of the fence I contacted them with a couple of small issues and they were extremely responsive and resolved the issues the next day. Andrew was great about keeping my informed on when he would arrive at the house. We did a walk through of the house and I explained what I needed help with. He asked great questions to understand my expectations and checked in with during the cleaning to make sure he was on track with them. He did a great job cleaning all the areas I had asked him to. Andrew was incredibly professional. He wore a shirt with a work logo on it along with a name tag. He asked if we had a preference on cleaning solutions or if we had any chemical sensitives.
