It was my first time ever getting lashes and she wasn't very welcoming or warm. Like come on, girls are literally throwing money at you guys daily to be a confidence booster, at least amp up your customer service. We let her know about the issues we were having trying to book our lash fill, she said she was currently trying to fix the issue and everything should be working soon. To make a really long story short, over the next days and weeks to follow, we were both ghosted and blocked from her page. When we did try to reach out she ignored us after showing she read our messages and then eventually blocked us. We were never rude, I have proof, Actually I was very nice and empathetic and truly concerned that maybe something happened to her or her family members, because it made zero sense. We were literally mind blown and baffled at why she wasn't responding. I sent her messages like - hey I hope your ok! I hope your family is well, did you ever fix your booksy site? Please let me know? We would really like to book an appointment. These messages were sent to her over a few weeks then after showing she read them and didn't respond she finally blocked us both. It was extremely confusing and hurtful. We cannot think of a single thing or reason as for her to do this. Every appointment we had was great. We would chat with her about our lives, activities, relationships, you know all the things you chat about. Basically your typical friendly girl banter at the salon. Always very pleasant. So when I say this experience of her randomly ghosting us was strange That is an understatement! It's been months now since this happened and we can't stop wondering what happened!? Well today my daughter found out her boyfriends sister got her lashes done there, so she had her on one of her art instagram pages which we are pretty sure sahara didn't realize she hadn't blocked that account, so my daughter messages her very politely and explains that her boyfriends little sister got her lashes done, and we would just like an explanation as to what happened and why she disregarded and treated us so poorly!? Well within minutes of her ready by my daughters message, she blocked her on that account too. This is horrible to treat people like this. This is bad business and bad customer service.
