I hired Vic from Royal Entertainment initially only for their casino tables. I almost hired a different casino table company. Once I saw pictures of these LED lit casino tables, I knew I needed them for my party. If you see from the photos, the LED lights adds an layer of pizzazz that you don't get from regular tables. Everyone was wowed by these tables and it was definitely one of the highlights of the night. Then I hired Vic and Mickey for the lighting for my event. If you have a limited budget, splurge on the lighting. It is highly transformative. He and his team went above and beyond what they were hired for. They were able to create the exact lighting and ambiance for my casino party. Then they were able to quickly break every casino table down in literally 10-15 minutes for my surprise wedding. All decorations and lighting also needed to be changed during the casino table break down. Not a glitch took place. He also made recommendations such as a fog machine for our first "dance on the cloud", which I highly recommend. This was the same fog machine which I ended up using to create my river for wedding entrance (#crazyrichasians). Want an extra crazy touch, also rent the cold fountain sparklers. It does not hurt when touched nor cause anything to burn, so can be used indoors. This made amazing photos during the wedding and various performances. Vic also works with you with on pricing and is very fair. He even came out to check out the venue prior to the event to make sure we got everything we needed. Highly recommend. When my husband and I began shopping around for our wedding entertainment, we looked at a number of different vendors who offered a variety of services, but everything seemed to come with a small catch. i.e. "The DJ IS the MC. We'll send one person." "We don't do lighting packages. That's up to the venue." "For your photo booth, we can fit 15 people, but you'll only get one print per group." Well I'm happy to say that, when you book with Epic, not only do they do pretty much EVERYTHING, they are more interested in catering to your needs than they are about fitting your wedding into a pre-made "box." We were able to get a full lighting package with a dedicated lighting engineer, a DJ, an (absolutely amazing) MC (Justin), two amazing photographers, an open air photo booth with a dedicated photo technician, unlimited prints (and a backup printer), and A to Z service that covered (and I emphasize this word again) EVERYTHING. When you sign up with Epic, you get access to an online portal that acts as a direct line from you to the entire Epic team. From there, we were able to fill in our intro pairs (groomsmen and bridesmaids, etc.), our song selections, and our photo requests (we wanted family photos on the dance floor). And whenever we had a question, Epic was always a phone call or an email away. Over the course of 14 long months, we always received prompt, fantastic service. I can say with the utmost sincerity that Epic Events was one of the most important factors in making our wedding fun, memorable, and, well, EPIC.

We really…read morehad high hopes based on website images and even some previous reviews, we did all our work and provided exact dimensions, but in the end we were so disappointed by being led around in circles and then even lied to as far as the timing of receiving quotes, even though they were aware of the fast approaching date of the wedding. I had to go into panic mode and ultimately find alternative lighting solutions through another vendor, which I know we will be extremely satisfied with. After the 4th excuse and extension for more time for even a simple quote, you have to wonder if these people are in the right business in the first place. 2 weeks later, still receiving excuses that a quote is coming "tomorrow". (Which we've heard 4 times now). We don't waste our breath or time responding that we've already signed with another vendor. But you keep working on that quote Justin take a week, a moth, a year, you just keep working towards it. Does the fact that this is a same sex wedding have anything to do with the runaround tactics, I don't know but it's something I've definitely wondered about.
