On the day that the injection appointment came, I showed up, only to be told by this woman Jennifer that she wasn't going to let me have my appointment. SHE decided that my fillers should be elsewhere on my face. I asked to see Dr. Sanni, because he was to do the injections. She told me that he was busy. Well, was that even true? Because he was scheduled to do my procedure that day and here I was, so why would he be busy? He had an appointment with me. Jennifer starting getting angry with me and the situation escalated. Is Jennifer a nurse or doctor? Not to my knowledge. What right does she have to cancel my appointment on the very day of my appointment? Tensions were high, and she was acting crazier and crazier.
