I have used their services twice to get a couple of pairs of jeans altered and both times I left…read moresatisfied. It takes them around 5 days to get everything done if you are not in a hurry which I find completely reasonable. The service was very friendly - I felt my jeans were in good hands. ;) I will be back very soon since I have another pair of jeans that needs work. :)
