Since I lived in Kentucky and I still have family in Lexington, I'm a huge fan of the Kentucky Wildcats. When I lived there I had their logo on everything! When I follow college basketball this is my favorite team. The campus has a lot to offer students and visitors. I love to just park the car and sit under the tall trees. This is a good place for music concerts in the Eastern Kentucky area. When I worked in Environmental and Wildlife Habitat Conservation I took advantage of their online resources to find the latest research and approach to share with my co-workers. They have excellent online educational services. I'm a big fan and recommend that you consider applying if you are interested in furthering your education.

We ended up calling him from a parking lot we hoped would be close. it wasn't and it turns out he had to hike quite a ways to get to where we were. when we went back to drop him off we had to let him out by the stadium. We were so far away and there was not place to park so we could go see his dorm. Very disappointed.

They do have sororities and fraternities and I think house about 1100 or so students now. I love that they expanded, but wish they had added the equestrian team when I was there instead of 12 years later. The Gatton Student Center is a beautiful, spacious common area inside UK's Business School. The…read moremain seating and study area can be accessed by staircase or elevator. A sculpture is extended above the seating area that offers tables and oversized chairs. Lots of natural light comes through the glass ceiling. Also downstairs is a cafe for food and refreshments. It's great to have an option other than Starbucks and not be forced to walk across campus to access the main dining halls. Gatton also boasts over 40 study rooms that can be reserved in advance or in the moment. You can see upcoming booked times for the room so that you can plan ahead to be out prior. The rooms are great for 1-4 people and offer a big screen for projection. Another cool area in the Business School is the stock exchange room. Rates for company stocks float across the screen similar to Wall Street.
