Moments later a tall, bald, most importantly rude gentleman asked what my cardboard cut out was. I replied that it was a template that I was told to bring in. As we were walking out of the lobby I said the measurements were also written down. He said the template edges weren't clean enough and he couldn't cut based on it. Both my wife and I sensed the A-hole on display. It was tone, body language and word choice. So I said never mind as I don't want to waste anyone's time. Mind you, he never saw the glass and all I wanted to know was whether it could be cut down. Bottom line, I didn't get any question answered.
