Arrived a few minutes early for a 10:00 a.m appointment today. We saw Mike come out and ask the receptionist (who was very nice), if his appointment was here. She said yes. We were the only ones in the lobby. He did not acknowledge us in any way but went into his office, closed the door and never came back out. We waited for another 10 minutes and he never bothered to say he was running late - which would have been understandable - or anything at all. We left after quietly letting the receptionist know that we will find someone else to handle our finances (two businesses). I would never trust someone with such a lack of basic politeness and respect to have anything to do with either my personal or business finances. Do better. read more

Got my taxes done here for 2017, made appointment and still had to wait, over all I think I could of got more money back also I suggested the money I put towards house I bought and inspections be put in tax return but he suggested it wouldn't make difference I think it would of ...I spent well over $1,000 in inspections and other things before I bought my house. Over all I was not satisfied, think he doesn't know what he is doing and just wants to get your taxes done and collect his money. I will not return here next year I should of gone to Hr block or somewhere else. Seems like he is in a hurry to just get your taxes done and get the next person in the door, I also believe he does other things probably why he I sent so great...stick to one profession. read more

Mr. Samir was a wonderful person to work with. He was unbelievably prompt (a huge plus when you're juggling an infant!) and very very courteous. ***rip off report***. Went there to do my tax return. i had some question about what I should do because I had unemployment pay in 2020 and was wondering if I should wait to see if they would pass the bill to exempt the first $10,200 at the time he was saying that it was just talk and this may not pass, rubbing me the wrong way giving of shade vibes. kinda hitting to not wait. on the other hand I had gotten a letter from the IRS stating that I need to file a 1065 form which was due mar 15, 2020 beacuse I opened a LLCon Dec 14 2020. which didnt generate any sales yet. His professional opinion was to file an extension because I was worried and wanted to wait and see about the $10,200. What was getting me angry while I was sit there was I know I was getting ripped off. He charge me $100 to file the extension which you can do for **free** on your own and it takes less than 5 minutes. I know some tax location will do it for free for you as well or charge a small fee not $100. Went to Jackson Hewitt 2 week after the $10,200 bill has passed they notified me that for my 1065 form I didnt even have to file one because I didnt generate any income for my business yet. They said i got that letter beacuse it was an auto genrated letter and is sent automatically. all I had to do was write a letter or call the irs to notify them to let them know that since I open my business on dec 14, 2020, 2 weeks before the year ended that there was no income generated.I called the IRS to notify them about my situation and they had confirmed that I didnt have to file a 1065 form because there was no income genrated, but since GM TAX had file an extension on my 1065 form I have to mail in the form 1065 with $0 income. The IRS representative even said $100 was ridiculous.As a professional tax person he should know this information. If he was a honest person he would at less recommend that i file and extension on my own for free or not over charge on a extension. in the end a extension was not even needed. I know this guy have alot of 5 star reviews and thats what made me try him out. Beaware I recommend you guys read all his 1 star reviews on google. I wish I did before going. I hope he reads this review and refund me my $100, because I feel scammed. read more

If you are considering any one else for your tax service needs please stop. I screwed up my taxes by attempting to complete my taxes using an online tool and can I say I almost made the biggest mistake of my life. I went to GM and Mike was fast, completed my amendment and lets just say I will never attempt to complete my taxes on my own again. Not only did I get the largest refund I have ever seen but he was empathetic, funny and very knowledgeable concerning tax laws and how it applies to my new home purchase and being a student.
