Lexington Law and bigger firms throttle your disputes to keep you paying for 12+ months using the excuse that it's "frivolous" to send more at the same time. That's a lie. There is not a single official source for such a claim. They should be sued. + Credit Glory sends multiple letters AND faxes every month. It's the most aggressive and successful approach. It's costing them extra, but they're obviously making their customers happy. That's a winning strategy. + Given the above two points, they're dirt cheap. Similar services charge thousands for the same approach. + Employees are friendly and knowledgeable and based in the US. A lot of these companies outsource their customer service and it sucks. + Guarantee is no results, no pay. Can't beat that. + The owner makes himself known and available, putting his name and contact information on the frontpage along with the guarantee. An oldschool approach that's probably more relevant today than it ever was. CONS - Customer service responds anywhere from 5 minutes to 5 days. Hopefully this improves with time. I'm typically more critical of responsiveness, but I'll give a little pass because of work quality. As long as they continue to provide quality results, I'll continue referring clients.
