Now it's like a college cafeteria...basic and tired, with hardly any plant-based options. The salad bar has nothing but the basics. The cut fruit is shameful--all underripe (easier to sell, for some reason. Produce section as a whole is extremely underwhelming...Martin's has more options. The current lack of a seating area indoors is a big minus. This used to be a favorite meeting spot for me and school colleagues. Now you just take it home or scarf it down in the parking lot. Sad! There's really no reason to come here anymore since I can make my own sourdough now. They also have their famous SideDoor cafe, which provides hot food like rotisserie chickens, macaroni & cheese, fries, fried chicken and the beloved hoosier fries. Some cold options are also available but for me the draw has always been the panini sandwiches. Delicious bakery items are also available on top of the standard grocery store items. Bathrooms are clean, staff is friendly, and lots of choice options. Biggest down side is how far this location is from me, but the second downside is you do tend to pay a touch more than other spots closer to me. I'll come back, but maybe not for a bit.

We will most likely be making this Aldi our regular grocery shopping place or at least until the location in Stevensville opens.
