Customer service? Non-existent. We walk in late morning on a weekday. We're the only customers in the store. We'd like to get in and out quickly. We spy a clerk several feet away. I cheerfully speak up (quite loud enough for the employee to hear) to ask, "where's your magnesium?", and I got ignored. Meanwhile, my partner finds what they're looking for. We go to check out. That clerk does not greet us. Instead, he (Nate) asks, "would you like to make a donation to ____?" My partner says, "no." Then the clerk tells us the total. That's it. No thanks. Nothing. This store doesn't even deserve one start. I stopped to buy a product and the shelf price said $8.99 but ran up $10.49. I purchased thinking that maybe I selected the wrong item. NO! When I went back to the shelf it did indeed say $8.99. I went back to the clerk and he made up some excuse that prices can change but the company sends them the new prices to post. I asked him if he was going to honor what the shelf said and he said no. I said I would contact the manager about it but he informed me that he was the manager. I asked him again and he said no that the system would probably not let him redo it. I walked out and will never, ever shop there again. I have never heard of a store not honoring the price listed and then for the manager to say he would do nothing. read more
