I had my condo kitchen cabinetry renovated by them recently. They showed up at 11 a.m. and had to…read morework beyond 5 p.m. even though they knew more than a month in advance that it was a condo with a no noise policy after 5p.m. They were unprofessional, ill prepared, and in the end they left all appliances disconnected and made a huge mess. I tried calling a plumber in to reinstall the sink but he said that I needed to call the cabinetry crew back in to put a hole in the new cabinetry for a new sink.. and the plumber was unable to reconnect the dishwasher because the outlet wasn't accessible. So finally after a huge ordeal and $650 dollars later, there is a new sink and faucet installed and the dishwasher is back in.. however the microwave/fan unit is still disconnected and I need to get in a third contractor to reconnect it but no guarantees at this point. Do yourself a big favour, pay 3K more for a professional crew and save yourself the headache and all of this b.s. I don't understand how such people are still in business.

The entire process was easy and almost effortless. The only real effort for me was choosing what colours I wanted to match my kitchen hardware! We ordered a bathroom vanity with "quartz" countertop and was very dissapointed with the quality of…read morethe countertop. The "quartz" countertop was unpolished and came with marks all over. When we contacted the company, they sent us to their warehouse saying that they will polish it. My contractor brought it to the warehouse and they refused to polish it. They just rubbed some Vim to erase the marks. So at first the company said that it would be polished, then they called back and retracted by saying it does not come polished. They made no apologies of their failure to inspect the product before releasing it. However, the more frustrating part was the fact that the woman (Markham location) was extremely rude, unapologetic while talking over me. She actually blamed me for calling them "months" later (in fact, it had been exactly 3 weeks; my contractor picked up the countertop). I asked to speak to the manager and she said no, because they were in China. She was accusatory, uncompromising, and just plain rude. Beware, the price might be right but the quality and service is not at par.
