I usually use the self checkout to avoid having to talk with anyone. I'd rather bag my own groceries. The store is always clean and the shelves are pretty neat, stocked, and clean. The employees will hep you with anything you ask about. It's in a nice area where there's other good stores around.

Hours: Sun: 10am-3pm Mon-Fri: 7am-3pm Sat: closed Shakes/Teas: They provide a multitude of options in mixing and blending different flavors of protein shakes or healthy teas. They also offer coffee shakes or iced coffee. Nutrition Bars: They have a few protein bars on hand. Design/Layout: they have 3 seating areas, one to the front with coffee table and chairs, another where you order along the counter space with barstools, and the third to the back with a couch, coffee table, and a small table. Other info: They have a rewards program using your mobile phone number. The woman working was very friendly and helpful. I decided not to eat anything today but fruit and the protein shakes, so I got the Lemon Pound Cake for mom and Blueberry Dulce for me.
