With no time stamp. But this time from the time I arrived to the shopping center I walked around for 30 mins and still no answer. By this time there was an older lady outside who has experienced this before as well. And stated that the employees would be in the back 30 mins at a time throughout the day. So I knocked on the windows. Myself and the other customers watched other patrons pull on the door and walk away. Employee finally comes from the back. The lady explained how frustrated with these continuous actions. Not once was an explanation given. This employee "TJ" (if that's his name), nonchalantly stated to the elderly woman "I'm sorry you feel that way!" Who hires these people. My time is very valuable.
