I forgot how good this place was I ordered on Ubereats a couple weeks ago this same plate and it was so good we returned to order it again. It hard to find a good cooked salmon nowadays and this was not dry nor raw. It was cooked perfectly, seasoned perfectly and the size of the fish was perfect. The rice was really good! wow I don't know with what it was seasoned but damn it was good rice. OOH AND THE HUMMUS IS THE BEST I'VE HAD & THE FREAKING VEGAN TEMBLEQUE! I've never found a vegan tembleque in Puerto Rico and this is my favorite typical christmas dessert and i had to skip it, but now I know where to find it! Beside food they sell local vegetables, yams, desserts, teas and juices. One thing i loved about this place was how warming and welcoming the staff was.
