I know many people say "worst experience ever" or "worse company ever" and it's exaggerated but not now! This company really sux and this experience has been horrible! I would never recommend doing business with them. Their prices are a lil bit cheaper than the mom and pop smaller hot tub sales companies. He's a NC licensed (Q.104901) & insured general contractor...yeah I did my homework... so expect him to bring a higher level of expertise to the job. I speak from personal experience that Jim is on the job doing the work himself or ensuring the job is done to his demanding expectations. He just finished our down-to-the-studs kitchen & half bath renovation in our 1980's built home....everything from removing outdated florescent lighting, popcorn ceilings, dropped soffits, a wooden backsplash, non-vented cooktop exhaust, improperly installed granite countertops and failing cabinets. The only thing left was the existing porcelain tile floors. We now have much taller solid wood cabinets, recessed & under cabinet lighting, spectacular quartz countertops, a properly vented cooktop exhaust as well as an intricate herringbone tile backsplash! Since we eliminated the cabinets above the cooktop, he suggested a tall narrow cabinet recessed into the wall to the right of the cooktop which provided easy access to the items needed for daily cooking. He's definitely a problem solver! Plus he replaced the frustrating wire shelving in the pantry with custom built shelving which provided tons of additional storage. With the removal of the dropped soffits, our kitchen feels much larger without adding any additional square footage. He also renovated a half bath that only had a shower and a toilet...no sink! Didn't get a before picture, but have included an after. All I can say is I'm in love with my dream kitchen and new bath! Reach out to Jim to discuss your project. After our purchase, Sean and his crew got to work immediately to repair structural damage, install an efficient drainage system and seal the crawl space. With the wet spring we've had this year, we've learned our new sump pump runs 24/7! I think we've discovered the fountain of youth under our house! Sean's always been responsive and worked to resolve the additional moisture issues. All covered by his initial quote, so he stands by his work. There have been times when Sean's shown up unannounced; however, it's always been for something we've requested.
