Used GoFly to get from Riverside to LAX for a two week trip. Cost was similar to parking for two weeks, just way less stressful. Vehicle was very nice (newer SUV, so fit my luggage easily). I had to be picked up at 4am in Riverside and my driver Alan was on time (actually a little early). I had to be picked up at 9:30pm from LAX and again great communication and though he had to wait forever (Alan again) because of a delay in our baggage coming out, it went smoothly. We can't recommend Hany and his team enough, Michael in operations setting up our reservation, to Felix our original driver that made sure we were taken care of even with being delayed about 5 hours on arrival, he had Thomas there to get us with in 10 minutes of all our bags getting to us from the plane, we had a group of 26 teachers and students, the bus was clean and was a great airport transfer from Ontario Airport to Anaheim convention center, Thomas was pleasant and professional. Our return trip went just as well as Felix showed up with a different bus 5 minutes early, just as clean and comfortable, and we had a similar experience on our return trip to the airport. Great service! We used them last week to take us to and pick us up from LAX. Both drivers were amazing, but Ruby, on the trip home, really went above and beyond the call of duty. First, my husband got stuck for about an hour and a half in Customs, and then our freeway was shut down and it took at least double the amount of time to get home. This was unfortunately due to a fatality accident involving a police officer, so we all understood the somber nature of the situation.
