I'm here multiple times a week, early morning, I order and dive into my work. I order coffee and food sometimes and this place always delivers on what I'm looking for when I arrive. Got Get Em has become my go-to spot for getting work done, taking coffee meetings, and honestly just starting the day at this point many morning out of the week. The staff is friendly and when I go early in the morning the vibe is calm enough to focus but alive enough to feel energized. I'm over a year into being a regular here and I still haven't found a place near me thats better for what I need for the early morning work sessions. The coffee is great!. I rotate between their drip coffee (which changes regularly) and their house-made almond and macadamia milk latte, which is one of my favorite lattes Ive had in LA. That house milk blend is the move. I also love their food and their chef and kitchen staff is exceptional at that they do. Their simple bean and cheese burrito is a staple, but the egg, bean and cheese burrito with tater tots is also something I like to get from time to time. They all are served with house made salsas, that I wish I knew the recipe to. I do occasionally order the everything bagel with cream cheese and heirloom tomato, which is delicious, but $7 for half a bagel is a little steep. Overall this is a gem of a neighborhood spot that I'd recommend to absolutely anyone, whether you live in Los Feliz or just need a reliable work café, or just want a really great cup of coffee with food that actually excites you. Leaving a review here as someone who has been coming to go get em tiger (this specific location) for almost 5 years as I work at the hospital across the street. I ordered a half "the works" bagel which is supposed to have smoked salmon. I've ordered this before, so I knew what to expect, but to my surprise they put soooo little salmon on my bagel. For $11 this is crazy, considering the heirloom tomato bagel is $7 and the only difference between the two is the salmon and some capers. I don't know if it was a one time thing but inconsistency in preparation is not a great look especially when I'm spending this much money on a half bagel. I'm posting a pic of my bagel vs the pic they have on the mobile app (I know it's not gonna be like that in real life but the difference is kinda crazy lol) the reason I come here is because I can order a half bagel, but if it's going to continue this way I'll be getting full bagels at boichick across the street instead. read more

Staff was great and welcomes you when you walk in. They answer any questions you may have, especially if you've never been there before. The location has a nice and big outside seating area. I tried their egg, avocado, and bacon burrito the bacon, egg, and cheese sando and their heirloom tomato bagel. The bagel was really great tasting. Lovely coffee bar in this Los Feliz area! I visited this coffee bar/café on a late Saturday afternoon and my experience here was pretty good! I really liked the concept of this coffee bar, it was like ordering alcoholic drinks at a bar, but for this it's coffee! I ordered the Lil' Sweetie and it was pretty good! The coffee flavor was great and it wasn't too sweet. I also liked the ice cube shapes which were near perfect cubes. My only critique is the small portion size relative to price. For around $7, you only get a little cup of coffee which is also mostly taken over by the big ice cubes. I would pay $4 for this instead. The ambiance and décor was good and I liked the outdoor seating area which was shaded by the tree. The service was pretty good too. Overall, a good experience here. I would come back to try the food and drinks, but it is a bit pricey for what you get. read more

The hot latte was a bit bitter, and the cold one was definitely better in our opinion! The cookie was the star of the show, it was tasty and had lots of chocolate chips! Overall this cafe was a bit more pricy than others we have visited in the area. 4++ great coffee shop with a fun menu of various coffee drinks and food items. It's located on a busy street in the Los Feliz / East Hollywood area (I think?) so lots of traffic comes through. The service is always friendly (I've been here a few times) and the vibe here is pretty chill. Just know that they don't have wireless. I thought they did because a good amount of people are here with their computers, but I'm thinking they're just working on script or something. Overall, GGET is a pretty solid spot for coffee/tea, breakfast, and pastries. They also have some lunch options which I haven't tried. Their breakfast burritos are one of my go-to quick breakfast options because they're consistently good, including the salsas! The baked goods are delicious as well. The drinks are more variable. I think the matcha is decent, although it's a little different style than most places offer. The cold brew with pumpkin cold foam tasted disappointing - it looked nothing like the picture, and the cold foam was at the bottom of the drink (??). Apparently the NYT called their iced almond-macadamia latte the best iced latte in America. It is pretty good, but that's definitely an overstatement, so don't set your expectations too high! The employees are friendly, and there's a nice serene outdoor seating area. Ordering ahead online (through their website, which operates via DoorDash) is convenient, but it tends to not give an accurate time estimate of when your order will be ready, and sometimes there's a long wait for both online and in-person orders. read more

While, the coffee here is pretty decent as are the pastries, the inconsistency in the service really leaves a bad mark on this place as well as the location on Larchmont. While there are a few baristas that are quite nice and good at their job, there are several that are nothing short of rude disinterested and quite frankly just terrible representatives of the brand. The last few times I've been here there are two baristas behind the counter, which appear to be very good friends, but treat the customers as though they're the most annoying thing in the world. And the last time I was here a barista came out at 4:55 and shouts "you all need to leave in five minutes. We're closing" and the. Just turned around and walked back inside like we were an issue for her. Obviously, this is a hard job and customer service is never that fun ( having done it myself I know ) , but at least be kind and act like you want to be there. I want this to be a thankful thursday review, and I want to thank those who were at work here for a busy Thanksgiving event. Two stars for the service. Arriving to the event, you didn't need to actually RSVP- anyone can attend. The sidewalk was packed and there were booths for vendors. There was no signage for where to start or where to go to get coffee so those who know about the event or those who were just coming by to order were so confused of where to go. People lined up to find out they were in the wrong line. It wasn't really accessible either; saw a couple with baby in a stroller and because they had to wait in line, they had to put their stroller unevenly on the stairs. First, the holiday drinks were $12-13. Pies were $60. Second, I ordered a peppermint mocha which is supposed to come in a small glassware cup but because it was so crowded I asked for it in a paper cup. And the drink itself was not great honestly. It was lacking in peppermint flavor, tasted more like melted dark chocolate. The items are frozen ganache, frozen coffee pod.. and it does taste like some kind of packaged coffee you put together. Look at how much you're actually being served. For $12. I really wanted to give this place a shot, despite reading the bad reviews on the coffee, but it completely disappointed. read more

Coffee, teas, pastries and a variety of brunch-y foods are available for purchase. I picked up an Almond Macadamia Latte and it was meh. I was disappointed with the drink, especially since I spent $7.50 on it. It wasn't at all sweetened and just tasted bitter. The bun bun and cranberry frangipane scone were unique and tasty. I also saw a gentleman get served a drink from a large "moonshine" jug. I should've asked what it was, but didn't... Not a fan of how they make their menu board. I've been wanting to try the food at GGET for awhile and was disappointed which I'm very sad about. I wanted to love it. I got the avo toast with a scrambled egg and the chicken salad sandwich. The avo toast was very lemon-y. So lemon-y that I got a slice of it with the rind in a bite. The chicken tarragon sandwich had too much mayonnaise and my friend and I couldn't finish the sandwich. The Protein Plate comes with their soft scrambled eggs, bacon, and salad. It was the perfect amount of food for me and the highlight was their soft scrambled eggs. Never had anything like it before! I also recommend the breakfast sandwich with bacon, egg, and cheese in it. I wish they had hot sauces but only have mild salsas to go with the food, but it still tastes amazing anyways! For drinks, I got the Almond Macadamia Latte iced and the Business & Pleasure which was a taster of espresso, their fizzy tea and something with milk foam I wasn't too sure of. We only need coffee on days ending in "Y." So without further ado let's do this coffee shop review. Go Get Em Tiger is a small 'n adorable coffee shop in East Hollywood. They have other locations through out LA. This shop is located in Hollywood blvd and Rodney drive. They have good selection of coffee drinks and modicum of pastries on their menu. Their indoor and outdoor vibe were inviting and relaxing. Their outdoor patio was very serene and a tree at its center. Moreover, they have colorful beach chairs and coffee table. I perused their menu and decided to order an Iced Coffee; their pastries seem look good. Iced Coffee was smooth and perfectly sweetened. I loved it! Also, they have merch to purchase. Staff was very assiduous and got my order in less than two minutes! Service was impeccable. Street and meters parking only. Overall, I had a fantastic service and iced coffee. Stopped by here for coffee and breakfast on a Sunday morning and instantly loved the vibe of the super cute outdoor patio area! This place feels very homey and comfortable but still very modern as well. Also, the inside is super spacious and I love the art/decor. We ordered two almond macadamia iced lattes which were well balanced and I appreciated that it wasn't too much ice. For food, we tried the banana nut loaf, the chickpea frittata and the chorizo breakfast burrito. The breakfast items came out fresh and warm and everything was delicious! The frittata was the perfect size (also love that it was V/GF) and the side salad was a great refreshing addition. Had a couple bites of the breakfast burrito which was amazing and so flavorful. The staff here were also very friendly!
