The good thing about this place is that it has plenty of spots to vacuum. And they give a bunch of microfiber towels to dry your car. The downfall is that the morning early bird special ($3 off) doesn't exist anymore. So the cheapest wash is $9!! This was our first time here and we found it to be one the BEST self-serve car wash experiences we've had in Orange County. From the outside, it looks like one of those tiny car washes attached to a gas station, but we were impressed. It was surprisingly effective at cleaning our car and there's a number of nice features that made it stand out from pretty much any car wash we've been to. Start off with the guy that came to our car and polished all four of our tires and actually did a great job, I understand it's not a big deal, but these days when businesses seem to be cutting back on everything, these little extras matter to customers. The clean towels and free dashboard wipes were also great, and something you don't find everywhere. The vacuums are very important to us, and these were in fact better than most vacuums we've used at other places. The suction was very powerful and picked up pieces of dirt/sand that we often can't get removed very quickly. Another car wash just a few minutes away costs over $10 for their basic service, so getting it here for less than $10 ($8 when we came in) is definitely the better value. They also offer more services and a monthly membership which looked well worth it if you're wanting a wash more than a couple times a month. We came on a Saturday and expected a wait, but the line to enter the car wash was only a few minutes and we didn't wait at all for the vacuums. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I am new to the car wash thing, I used to never wash my car. This is a automated car wash with DIY vacuum/drying. I think the service and amenities they provide are great for the price: You put your car on neutral on a track and then afterwards you are given the opportunity to vacuum your car, wipe it down with towels specifically for your tires, car, and steering wheel. There are attendants to help things keep moving as you pay with credit card and to get on the track. Where I think this setup lacks is a good "flow" of cars: due to lack of "flow," you may get stuck waiting a while to exit after vacuuming your car. Pros: 1. Generous with the towels: you take as many as you need, and then return 2. Vacuums have powerful suction and reach around without problems 3. Track car wash seems like it does a good job 4. There are attendants to get you properly on the track and for you to pay to enter. Here are some tips/things to watch for: 1. When you enter this car wash, you should go down the alley on the right. NOT in the white concrete area where there are vacuums, and there are lines that say "Vacuum only" or "Vacuum and wash." I feel like the signs are a remnant of maybe what the original owners intended the flow to be like, but in reality, the flow just doesn't work well that way. I think the business should put better signage so it is less confusing. 2. When you are done with the automated car wash, you can choose to stop, park and vacuum and dry off your car with the provided towels. If it is busy, prepare to wait and the cruddier part is because of the design, you may get "stuck" waiting for the person ahead of you to move in order to leave (and the people in front of you may get stuck/blocked by people entering the automated car wash). Ideally, for convenience of getting in and out, park in one of the parking spaces rather than in the line that says "vacuum" or "wash and vacuum" read more

Good, fast and cheap. Their basic car wash is $8. When you drive up to the pay gate, there's always a nice employee there to greet you and help process payment. When driving into the car wash, another employee guides you on and makes sure you have put your car in neutral before entering. It's a short drive-through but just as efficient -- if not more -- than some of the other larger car washes. They have a vacuum area there if you want to use that but I just always do the drive-through and go. This used to be my go to spot for all my car washes, I have been their loyal customer for over 5 years! I had to cancel due to a crack in the windshield, but they continued to charge me for months after I have canceled their subscription program in person. Be aware! I have also tried calling them but the voice message says not to leave a voice message because they do not check any voice messages, but do leave a text message. EXTREMELY dissapointed with the car wash we received today & the customer service. While my husband and I were in the tunnel we noticed that little to no soap was on our car and we thought maybe the machine was broken. When we got out to dry out car we noticed the bird poop was still on our car as well as dirt. I decided to bring this up to the employees attention and instead of adressing it he decided to tell us we could go back in the tunnel. (Alright sure lets go back in the tunnel because your machines didnt do a good job.) I proceeded to tell the employee that as a monthly member I have NEVER experienced a terrible wash let alone seen such a small amount of soap on the car. This is the employees response "the $20 month subscription doesn't give out that much soap" Are you kidding me?! That response made me cancel my membership. You guys need to address the issue instead of telling the employee that the machine doesnt give that much soap and LIE about it. okaaaaaay wuuuuutttt?? NO WONDER they have such good reviews. Here's how my day started .... I thought to myself "let's get this membership and go to work, typical express car wash." NO, IT'S NOT. As soon as I pulled up to the kiosk, I was greeted by a gentleman (didn't catch his name), and I told him I wanted to get a membership. I chose the $25/month because it seemed reasonable for my needs. He said he would help me on the other side after I went through the wash. Cool. All normal. After the wash, I pulled up to the vacuums and saw him coming over, he showed me the sticker he was going to place on my windshield and then placed it for me. Done. I said thank you and he walked away as I started vacuuming my car. I then see him come back with a towel and spray bottle. He starts cleaning my tires. I'M SHOOK. He goes "this is with the membership you purchased." SAY WAAAHHH?? He also mentioned something about air freshener scents so I walked over to the area with the workers, and asked for some nice smells. This younger-looking fellow asked which of the TEN (probably more) scents I would like, so I picked Lemon and before I could reach for the bottle, he grabs it and starts walking towards the vacuums and asks which one my car is. Their top tier monthly membership is $35, and they provide: * microfiber towels for you to borrow (black for wheels and green for everything else - pull clean ones from the top of the cart and return them on the bottom) * spray bottles filled with the BEST smelling streak-free pink glass cleaner * a huge variety spray bottles filled with different air fresheners for you to choose from (I enjoyed customizing scents after asking one of their staff for their favorite. Absolutely brilliant!) * hand application of tire dressing (eg ArmorAll) by one of their techs (that's right, it's not automated, barely visible, and it won't evaporate before you're finished vacuuming your car) * There are vacuum bays along the wall of the car wash itself and at a right angle next to the detailing station (it is only confusing the first couple of times, I promise!) * They accept ApplePay or you can apply the RFID onto your windshield if you prefer to zip in/out quickly and set up auto-pay * You can also just buy a single wash (but why would you? Are you like me? -Cheap? -Want convenience? -like to keep your car pretty and shiny? Well this is the place for you! I've been eyeing this place because it's really close by and I'm too lazy to drag my hose, sponge & bucket of soap, and vacuum out. Plus, I keep getting bombarded with all the positive reviews so I knew I had to give it a try. My first time here I purchased the $10 premium car wash: triple foam, wheel cleaner, sealer wax, clearcoat protectant, and undercarriage wash. The Express $8 includes: foaming wash, power dry, and spot free rinse. It worked out so well I went back and bought their membership for $20 which includes express wash+ tire shine and 2 free-Extreme $15 wash. I just need to go at least 4 times and it'll be worth it! So how the process works is you drive up to the kiosk and pay: Express $8, Premium $11, Supreme $15. I think everything's gone up $1 from what the website says. After paying, an employee will guide you into the automatic car wash, which lasts about 5 minutes. At the end of the car wash, the machine does blow most of the water off your car. If you so choose, you can park and further dry your car and or get the tire shine that was included in certain packages. The cool thing is they provide endless amount of towels you can use to scrub off those stubborn bird poop or stain. Speaking of which, if you keep your car washed often, most of the bird poop comes off real easy. If you're the cheap type that does once a month car wash, than going through with express wash may not take off some of the yellow bird poops. I have heard that if the wash doesn't take off most of the bird poop the employees let you go through the wash again but I haven't done so myself. Then my most favorite part is the vacuum. Those things are so strong it can suck your panties off if you put it close enough. Joking of course, but I love how no matter where you park, the vacuum is on either side of the car so you don't have to jerk and pull on the hose. I get every nook and cranny because kids track a lot of garbage into your car. Overall, this place does a good job and offers a great monthly membership. This is an affordable car wash spot. Since a majority of it is self service, you can get in and out at your own leisure. The staff was semi friendly. The gal in the front was super helpful and kind but the tire shine guy wasn't necessarily a peach. I did the highest wash and it came out pretty well. My favorite part of this Car wash is that they provide towels for you. Sometimes when I go to other car washes I forget my towel and have to rely on it air drying or finding something to wipe my car down with. I would go back here solely based on that alone. After I had everything done, j thought my car looked pretty good considering I didn't hand wash it. The tire shine guy is only for those who have a membership. This is my go to car wash spot! But not anymore. If you go here every now and then you'd know that they line up your car with the machine, here's what bothered me. I understand that you guys are doing your jobs to get by but the person that was lining up my car did not line up my car well at all. He did the hand signal to just go straight, basically saying I'm perfectly lined up. I was not lined up at all! Your only job is to line my car up, I was not even close to being lined up w the machine. All I heard was the front inner part of my wheel scrape, not only the front but the back too! I knew it was time to wash my car as the sides and rear windows were filthy. The windshield wipers could only do so much. It was my first time at GO EXPRESS. I drove into the lot and was unsure of the process. I saw a car parked at the vacuum area and I did the same thing. I then waited on an attendant. The man next to me told me it's self service. I started to vacuum my car and trunk and was not able to clean the crevices as there was no air compressor.... I think that's what it's called. I then drove to the kiosk and ordered the top notch package which included a wash plus tire shine. $14 sweet deal. I went through the express wash and my car is white again. I have been there many times and had purchased the month pass. I heard an odd noise as I was going through the wash, but found the cracks the next morning.
