I had this big hideous stump in my backyard. I emailed them and they were able to come out the following day to give me a quote. The owner, David, showed up the next day took a look at my stump and quoted me a really excellent price. I asked him to get me on the books as soon as possible. His wife contacted me soon after he left and gave me a date, about a week out, and she emailed me the quote. They showed up when they said they were going to and took care of business. I don't think it took them more than 20 minutes. They would have taken all the wood chips but I wanted the smaller pieces. I asked them to take the big chunks that came off and they did.
