It is very nice and it has great views of the city from my suite I can see Ponte Estaiada bridge it is beautiful. On the 28th floor there is an infinity pool a well equipped gym and on the 29th floor there is a Amazonian spa. You can get an hour and a half massage for about US$90. I'm highly recommending this hotel if you want to visit São Paulo and style.

For disclosure, I'm a Hilton loyalist and am treated well at their properties so I may be biased in my review but they rarely let me down, have consistent places to stay all over the world, and have been well worth my loyalty over the years. For this, my stay scored me an upgraded room that was huge, had 2 bathrooms, a living room, a very large main bathroom with separate tub and shower, and a small service kitchenette. The cleanliness of the room and the entire hotel was impeccable. Plus, a view of the beautiful bridge! So, I am having a very enjoyable stay here currently while writing this. The downsides to staying here (in my opinion) are few and individually subjective so in no particular order: 1. The location is going to only be great for you if you are here for a reason to be in the Brooklin area of the city. It is not close to GRU (main airport) and took about an hour in an Uber to get here with minor traffic. 2. It is not close to most tourist points of interest such as the Municipal Mercado or the Moema nightlife district and there is not much going on in the hotel (there is a small bar that is pretty boring and closes early). Also, there is not really much around the hotel in terms of large variety of interesting restaurants within walking distance so plan on an Uber or taxi budget for your stay if you want to get out to do anything. 3. The Executive Lounge was conducive to a nice view but was not set up to do much in terms of work. I travel for business and love to use exec lounges to catch up on emails and that sort of thing because it gets me out of my room and around other people when I'm on the road and it lets me observe and speak with the local employees so I get a good sense of local culture. But this lounge had only 2 wall outlets to plug into while sitting, neither near a window. So my time in the lounge was limited either by my laptop battery capacity or my tolerance for sitting at a wall without a great view of the skyline and bridge. I know, total first world problem but it will be an issue for real road-warriors who are not here for tourism. 4. Finally, the breakfast meat in the exec lounge was inedible. One of the things I was really looking forward to in Brazil was breakfast Portuguese sausage (aka Linguica). I learned to eat and love it from my dad in Hawaii where it is a breakfast staple. I am on breakfast day 1 of my stay and what they had in the chafing dish this morning (both Portuguese sausage and English bacon) was really bad. Both were dried out, desiccated and chewed like jerky. I'm sure that they were recycled from breakfast leftovers from previous days. I am sure that Brazil can do Portuguese sausage better than that so hopefully Hilton steps up its game in my subsequent breakfasts. They have 3 more mornings with me to get it right haha. As you can see, my downsides to this hotel are pretty esoteric. The first 2 are geographic that the Hotel has no control over. The 3rd one is me acting shamelessly entitled. But the 4th is a cardinal sin (at least to a foodie) so they have to get this one right in my book! Otherwise, my stay here has been outstanding so far. The staff are really nice and I have not had a communication problem with any that some others have commented on in their reviews. I not only feel well taken care of but the modernity of the interior space is comfortable and appealing to my eye. I would definitely stay here again on future trips.

This is the second time I've stayed here in the last year. The first experience was great. This time, again amazing service! I forgot my adapter and they had one for me to borrow. I wanted to order room service and unfortunately the people didn't speak English so the front desk stepped in and helped me. Wonderful service! Great location with dining within walking distance. They seem to be updating cause the room I have this time is very nice compared to the first stay! I would definitely recommend this place to people visiting São Paulo! The one down side is the breakfast. Lots of fruits and cheeses. Nothing much of real substance. May be worth hitting the Starbucks right outside.

Then the housekeeper at her own decision removed my credit card that had been cut in 4 pieces from the bedside table and curiously put it in a separate plastic bag and when I approached her and asked for the pieces back and watched her look for it, I found it very odd the she said she had thrown it out in the garbage yet she pulled the separate plastic bag and returned to me. I tried 3 times to speak with a manager and I was told she would contact me back and nobody never did. After that I did not allow housekeeping services in the room without my presence. Loosing trust while staying in a 4 star hotel isn't fun nor does feeling uncared for when you fall down in the lobby. Not worth staying here anymore.

My key card didn't work in the elevator and I couldn't go to the front desk from the 3rd floor, so I took the stairs. Bad idea. The lights were burnt out and the stairwell was full of box springs, which is a huge fire hazard. The breakfast had NO variation and the bread was stale. When I asked for an omelette they said the mushrooms would be extra, so I ordered one without mushrooms. It came to me full of vegetable oil and flavorless, I ate 1/4 and they tried to charge me 38 reais for it. The room though large, didn't have a coffee maker. When I ordered a bottle of wine, it came without a corkscrew, and then they brought me a broken one. They didn't clean my room properly, one day they forgot to give more conditioner and shampoo and change my towels. The room next to me had construction for 2 days. I couldn't work with the constant pounding, and even though the hotel seemed empty, they wouldn't move me. If you want service in the restaurant, you have to chase down a server or fine one who is staring at their cellphone. The room has no iron for your clothes. If you want to use the iron you have to go downstairs to the garage, off to the side is an old iron, with a rusty ironing board which is shared with the whole place. I had to wait in line. Also, the pool is much smaller than it appears in the photo and its impossible to swim laps in. This is the worst hotel I paid good money for. If I didn't pay ahead, I would have left running.

This hotel should be retired or completely rennovated! When I stepped into the hotel room I gasped as I felt I was stepping back in time with the furnishings. Was the decor from the 80s or later? And then apologized to my guess staying with me to the quality of the room: the bathroom had something that look ed like mold stains in the grout and at floor boards. The shelves were coming apart in the bathroom. The boarding fit the shelves were separating: plywood. The kitchen was outdated. The fake wood flooring was coming apart. Plus the bathroom room was dangerous: tub was really high to get in and out. Thank goodness it had a bar to support you when getting out of tub. Aldo water would not drain: I had to pull stopped completely out. We reported this issue but nobody addressed the issue. As for housekeeping: we had to wait till late afternoon for service. And some days our room did not even get serviced. We had to request new towels and toilet paper. The view was horrible. We faced another apartment complex. We requested another room: and for six days we could not get another room. My status was not recognized at this hotel. I was not offered anything for my status. My status was not acknowledged. On the positive note: we had great service at breakfast. Many thanks to the team there: especially Vamil who was very personal and worked hard. Thanks to the front desk in helping me with contacting restaurants. Also, as for location, the hotel is in a good residential area near one of the best parks in town. Great for morning walks. Given the price and quality of thus hotel I would not stay here again. I would not recommend this hotel to work or others.

No more breakfast buffet in the restaurant--it is served room service style. Food may also be ordered from an upscale restaurant called Josephine next door. My breakfast tray was delivered with a delightful 2 egg scramble with lots of cream, a banana, Alice's of papaya, 3 little baguettes and 4 ubiquitous balls of pain de queso, 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of cheese. There was also freshly brewed fragrant string coffee and a matching cup of hot milk for a latte if you prefer. Still enjoy the location and the slightly more cozy feel of being in this property than say the WTC hotels. Wear and tear is becoming very visible due to deferred maintenance. For just a bit more, there are properties nearby that offer a lot more value.

It reminded me more of a run down motel on the side of a highway and did not match the lobby AT ALL. The room was musty smelling and I got a MAJOR headache/sore throat from the moldy room. They lock the a/c so you can't put it lower than 20C but even at 20C, I was miserable all night. The bathroom was disgusting. There were stains on the walls.
