The customer service here is awesome. I knew I needed a form notarized but wasn't quite sure what the form was I needed. Sofiaen looked at the email I had received got on the internet and found the form printed it for me and got my notarized document . I came over here from another similar establishment where the 12 year old that worked the counter wouldn't help me brushed me off and just said we can't provide any documents . At that point I wasn't asking him to I was just asking him what the document was and where I could find it. If I knew that I could have printed it myself. . Got a really nice vibe of the place when a couple of p.o. box owners came in to grab their mail and they were immediately greeted by Rick. I stopped by Go Postal on Thursday on the recommendation of my daughter. The first thing I noticed was how good it smelled inside. The second thing I noticed was the immediate, friendly greeting from Rick. He helped me mail my Priority Mail package that I just couldn't get to the Post Office to mail. The girl who helped me (I forgot her name) she is so funny, friendly, kind and warm hearted. (She is the daughter of the owner) I had to do a lot of printing, she was so patient with me and did a good job. I'm very picky with my printing and she did EXCELLENT.
