I searched within the house but couldn't find anything and low and behold I went out to the water meter where the water was gushing out from a frozen & busted pipe. This is all happening on a Friday morning prior to the weekend where it is anticipated that the temperatures will get down to somewhere around 12°F. I frantically called six plumbers all of which told me that they could get to me the following Monday. However, TomFitz Plumbing Co. LLC responded to my voicemail very quickly and let me know that help was just around the corner coming today for the repair. Talk about SAME DAY SERVICE!!! He was extremely courteous and professional, and quite frankly was a godsend. I will be putting him on my speed dial for any future plumbing needs. I'm quite pleased with his professionalism and response.

Be very careful with this company.... I let them take advantage of our family…read more TLDR: I believe they overcharged us. $409 for 5 seconds of diagnostics and 25 min of labor including 3 trips to the truck (one was to retrieve a replacement pin for one that had been dropped in to the wall), and a $60 part that they itemized as $340 on my bill. I called multiple times to speak with the field manager and was not able to connect with him. We had a leak in our shower that the technician with five seconds of looking at it determined he was 99% confident on what the issue was. He started repairs at 1:46 PM and finished at 2:11 PM with everything working. Our work starting window being (11-2pm) My issue comes with the fact that I think they overcharged us for the job that they did. After writing the check and thinking over the entire interaction, I began to feel very uneasy with how everything played out. I was not given a breakdown prior to the service beginning. Only a line on a phone to sign that I agreed to the price. I was not offered the opportunity to read what I was signing (nor did I ask, which is my fault.) no shoe covers were worn in our home which now has subsequent consequences for my time of needing to get out of the spot cleaner. Only after the project had been complete was I given an explanation of what labor went on (again my fault for not asking prior to). When I initially made the appointment, I was given the price for the service call, but I neglected to ask what their minimum job cost is (still not sure of what that is). Afterwards, I called the office trying to get a better idea of why the cost was so high. My frame of reference being that we had had a kitchen faucet and a disposal replaced within the last year with Fitzgerald and neither of these items including parts cost more than $400. The lady in the office was very kind and offered to put me in touch with the field manager. He did give me a call back after a few days however I was not in a place to chat with my Twins screaming in the backseat. I did call two other times to try and get in touch with him and have not received a call back to date. Overall, I learned a lot from this experience, and I believe it's important to share so that others understand how to advocate for themselves in an area in which they might not be technically skilled. Ultimately, they are well within their right to cash my check because I did agree to the price. I however will be asking a lot more questions next time, and probably be seeking a different company. I took their marketing for face value and feel like stewardship was mishandled. Our technician rusty was great! Very respectful that we had three children napping when he came to do repairs. After the repair, he explained to me what he did. Was very courteous to me. My only qualm was that he did not wear shoe covers and our home and had to walk through our master bedroom that has beige carpet and I will need to get out our spot cleaner to clean this up.

My hot water heater "blew" up and I woke up to a virtual swimming pool in my master bath and bedroom. After figuring out that the water pouring from beneath the hot water heater was probably not a good thing, I turned off the H2O and called them. They were there by mid afternoon- super happy given the scheduler told me they were really busy but would do their best. They agreed that the unit shouldn't have water pouring from it :). Anyway- within 1.5 hrs I had a new one installed, the pressure checked, some other little things done... and they came in at the midway price for what I had looked up. So- thrilled. The guys were nice and hard working- didn't stop until it was done. I can't move boxes due to a hip replacement and they were so kind- moving what they needed to. Overall- very very pleased and will definitely use them in the future!

I was told that they didn't have anybody available and if they were to show up, it would be emergency service I expressed I had a major water leak and told you dispatcher that it had to be fixed that it was major. The gentleman showed up around six nice guy., as a courtesy I took him down to the crawlspace just to show him you know how to get in and access and I went with him for a little ways only because I didn't wanna hurt my rehab from major surgery The gentleman went about 22 feet. I was showing him all of the condensation showing him that all the pipes were dripping showing him that the air-conditioning ducks were dripping that the humidity was 90%. All the insulation was dripping The technician looked up and said oh it's this valve as pressure regulator valve, it was barely dripping no more than the other pipes were dripping. There was hardly any water underneath that valve. There were several pools of water from the water dripping from other places, but hardly any water under that valve and there was not enough water to cause 5 to 600 gallons a day to be lost in a major leak, I mentioned this to the gentleman I said man are you sure it's a major leak? My water bill has gone up 5X oh yeah this is it I said well OK you're the professional go ahead if that's what you think it is 35 minutes later I paid $751 and was told that it was fixed no more leaks. I was told that the meter showed nothing running. Well, four weeks later I get my water bill and it's seven times quadruple... at this point I have to go into the house. The professional should've looked underneath the house completely all underneath the house but when you only go 22 feet of 100 foot Crawl Space you better you better have the right diagnosis.. because now four weeks later I had to crawl through the crawlspace through the mold through the wetness, got completely sopping wet with 100 feet under the house into 18 inches of crawlspace, mold, hanging down from the floor joist and water spraying everywhere out of a hotline, which is now I've been told is called a steam out which explained all of the problems that was going on. It was hot down there. It was humid. Everything was condensing water everywhere insulation falling down. So when I called them back to say hey, I found your Leak. They said all we will schedule it. We don't have anybody available. I said are you kidding me? Y'all were out here 3 1/2 weeks ago you charged me $751 now you're telling me you can't come out because of your error your misdiagnosis. . I guess they felt my pain and said OK. Well, we'll have somewhere someone there shortly. When they come out, they don't charge me a dime to fix it because they knew they were wrong. The last time they were there they wouldn't leave without taking my money, but they didn't charge me which means that knew that the company had mis-diagnosed They also gave me the name of a mold remediation company, which I called. Who knows how much this bill is gonna be it's at least into the $20,000 to $ 30,000range. If not more I have turned this over to Insurance. My deductible is $4300 , who knows how much more i have to pay . My house is in shambles. They're tearing it up as I write this complaint. I've lost my kitchen my laundry room, my hot water heater my breakfast my dining room room and it's soon to come into the living room. All the flooring has to be replaced. All because of a misdiagnosis.. I called the company and asked to speak to the general manager or the owner. I never got that call. They never called me back. I had to send an email and requested again. I get a sharp message from service manager, stating that they weren't responsible for anything. I called back again. Left another message for somebody to call me. Never heard from anybody. I had to send another email this morning stating to someone please call me back. I get a nasty text from a gentleman named Mike Fitzgerald said we've been trying to call you for days well they have my phone number on record. I don't know who they were calling, but it wasn't me. When I questioned him on that he goes well we had the wrong number so how can you have the wrong number when y'all called me and let me know that your plumber was on the way for the warranty repair and when you're dispatch people called me several times they have my phone number. How could you not have my phone number? You text me on my phone umber . He then started telling me that he would fight me in court to the inch degree to beat my complaint right out of the gate which I thought was terrible customer service.. he then said I know you're in the car business, all your sales people are alike and started degrading my business again the most unprofessional individual I've ever seen that runs of business. He kept telling me
