Taste nature, feel good, enyoj life, no bad idea to test the haunting good cheese specialities of the famous brand of the Schoenegg dairy farmers round the corner, stubborn folks who insist on day by day feeding the best and most tasty unique Alpine gras to their beloved cows jodeling from the mountain tops. Smell, have a bite, you will easily discover the difference in quality. Not every cheese is like the next one, good cheese may not only be much more expencive, if it ie really good quality it is simply recognizable by the typical smell each type has got.
