There website has written the price for the license $49 something, and when i tried to clarify that she told me she had no idea about that! there's was also another very rude person on the phone once i called them later on, and he just hung up the phone on me for asking him abut how much more money would i need to bring in after the exam. They also charged $95 for just fingerprinting which was not mentioned to us in the beginning. Honestly speaking these people are being sneaky and not being clear about the price for there services. i was charged $120 for signing up for the class fee and $120 was charged for the license and another $120 I don't know for what!!!! The person who spoke to me on phone and called me rude, seriously you were the one who hung up on me, thats rude. Then I called, spoke to the person who asked to fill out the form on site as if I am registering and they would get back to me. No one did get back to me within two weeks. So I called again and I was promised that someone would contact me and answer my questions about courses, etc. No one did. So about a month and a half later I am writing this review - I have really tried to give those people a chance. Now here is my impression: 1. Disgusting web site. It would be ok in the beginning of 90x, but not today. 2. Awful communication skills - I have not received email or a phone call 3. Terrible PDF form, that you "need" to fill (which is not fillable at all) 4. Absolutely no customer service - I have not being contacted despite my 3 attempts 5.
