Beautiful pool and environment.  We stayed in the attic suite which has a hot tub for 2.  The room and bathroom was spacious. Our stay included free breakfast where we were able to order menemen and omelettes.  The breakfast was buffet style and include heaping amounts of veggies, fruit, and bread.  I loved the fresh tomatoes and cucumber.  The location of the hotel is perfect. We are walkable distance to the blue lagoon and many restaurants/bars.  We were able to drive to a variety of other locations such as saklikent gorge, tlos, fethiya, yaka park and gizlikent waterfall. The staff was absolutely wonderful and kind.  They were very friendly and made us feel like we were home. The only downfall was our internet was horrible in our room. They attempted to fix it by adding a router in our room but it wasnt the best. I think the internet throughout turkey just isnt good in general.  The parking is free at the hotel but the lot is small, requiring the office staff to keep our car keys to move cars to get other cars out.

Air con is an extra £5 per night (pay in English money), well worth forking out for, it was like walking into the Antarctic whenever I went to get changed! The food was lovely. Breakfast is typical for turkey - yummy bread, jam, marmalade, eggs, cheese, cucumber, watermelon, tea, coffee and juice. To be honest I only got up once for the breakfast, but I would recommend it to others! (not a morning person meself). It's served between 8am and 10am. If you go to Dalyan definitely try the Patio Hotel restaurant for a meal, it was the best place I ate. Highly recommended are: Sea bass, clay pot kebab (similar to a casserole but a little but of spice) and leg of lamb. Staff are really friendly, sometimes over friendly as is the way in Turkey :-). The owners were fab and really helpful. Cleaning lady it fantastic. She's deaf but take the time to talk to her - she is very good at signing so that anyone can understand. The 2nd time I went my room was cleaned every day! I have read many bad reviews for this hotel but I'd recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere cheap and cheerful with an average size pool and clean bathrooms :-).

After a quick search online found this gem. The hotel is 20 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes drive to the beach, located in the town of Sarigerme. Beach is a short drive away. $5 fee gets you and your car into the beach area, and another $5 gets you couple of lounges and an umbrella. $50/day windsurfing nearby was a plus. There are showers and a small cafe serving very affordable beer and snacks. The hotel has really nice decorations, a nice private pool with lounges, nice soft music throughout. Simple and efficient rooms with A.C. Very nice owners trying to accommodate every little wish. Excellent breakfast included, including many types of cheeses, jams, breads and such. Dinner menu is great. Probably the best cheese plate I've had for $12. Clientele mixed; local families with kids to European couples. and best of all; Quiet.. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! This has been one of the…read moreworst hotel experiences of my life! I stayed for a bit and initially liked it, so I extended my stay. that was where I went horribly wrong. The hotel manager - i think his name is Yavus - booked me for the extension and was EXTREMELY rude. I really should have cursed him out and walked out then. A few days later, he insisted I change rooms immediately because my room needed to be painted. I was starving and on my way to lunch, but again, I said nothing. The toilet in the new room was disgusting. I asked that the staff clean the toilet. When I got back in, a few hours later, they hadn't cleaned the toilet, but had doused the entire bathroom with water - even the toilet seat. Again, the toilet was filthy. After that, my door refused to lock. Yavuz saw me having problems with the door. He concluded that it needed batteries and said he would take care of it later. I told him I wasn't comfortable leaving my things behind an unlocked door. He told me there were cameras in every hallway and that he would definitely take care of it. I show up to my room 7 hours later and the door is not yet fixed. I call down and explain this to them in what little Turkish I know. I tell them the "room won't close"...they say they will send someone up immediately. Half an hour later, I call back and explain to them that the problem is the door. They finally send someone up. I show the guy that the door opens without a keycard. He simply looks at me and says to use the deadbolt instead. I try to explain that as a paying customer and single woman, I need a locking door. Yavuz runs in with a screwdriver and starts taking the batteries out of the door lock. At that point, I just started cursing him out, but he didn't understand a word of it. He just smiled and nodded and tried to pretend that he came back "later" as he had promised. "Later" is not supposed to be 7 hours later. A day later, the upstairs toilet started leaking onto my toilet. I realized that if I called them, they would do nothing about it, so I told them I needed a new room. After a day, I was allowed to move back into my old room. It had just been painted and was covered in paint fumes - and I have asthma. I tried to explain this to the concierge but, once again, she looked at me like a deer in headlights . She was, however, absolutely insistent that the maid come clean the two specks of dirt on the balcony. DO NOT STAY HERE! JUST DON'T DO IT!

We just walked to the 18 slides and kids area. Villa is away from the beach area and kind of top of the hill but with golf carts, they helped us to go to the main area and back with golf carts or I chose to walk. It is located in a garden, you are away from the crowd setting in the hotel area. The villa is also so close to the Turkish cuisine a la carte restaurant, which has the best food in the hotel. You should definitely eat there. The people are so lovely and welcoming and the customer service is outstanding. Villa was brilliant. Kitchen was restocked every day. Cleaner done a brilliant job. Hotel restaurants were lovely. All inclusive restaurant was OK. Everything was fresh and tasty. The Turkish restaurant as I mentioned above was amazing! Really not to be missed. After eating there, we didn't want to try the other restaurants. Breakfast and lunch is great, there are always food near you. My kids loved the slides and there is a kids buffet everyday, so we don't need to go to the main restaurant for the lunch. Can't think of one negative, one thing if you don't like to walk is, it's quiet hilly. There are golf buggies and buses to get around the complex though. Sea and beach side is great with lovely blue water . The beach is quite pebbly, you would really need water shoes. My family and I enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend the Lykia world.

The hotel has all the facilities you could think of including 10 plus swimming pools, a water park with loads of slide of slides for kids (and adults too!) which were awesome. There are loads of tennis courts, a 3 hole golf course, rock climbing, Table tennis, archery etc etc. There are 5 restaurants, some of which are a la carte and you must pay a supplement for but they are worth it.The main restaurant , The Marina, is situated on the sea front and has lots of choice with chefs doing show cooking as well as prepared stuff. On one day they brought out the largest baked Alaska I have ever seen. The entertainment is really good as well, acrobats, dancers and even a synchronised swimming display.
