Every person who enters the door has to take a plastic item with a bar code and QR code on it. I asked for an item and an employee would get the item I asked for and scan it to my bar code issued at the door. Every item gets tallied up and you pay as you exit. After paying the plastic item with a bar code and QR code is used to let you out the exit. The atmosphere is welcoming and they were kind to my wife and I who speak no Portuguese. BONUS: they have lockers in the seating area that can be programmed with a personal code. Inside the locker is a signal USB port for charging your phone. Just grab a seat and someone will bring you a menu, order and the food will arrive quickly. I visited a couple times because it was close to where I was staying.
