I called them and spoke to shaun (the store franchise owner) and he said that he would order a replacement as I bought the last one. He said that it would be in stock in a few days. Two days later I was notified that when trying to order a replacement in the system said that it was backordered for at least 3 weeks, so Shaun personally drove to Exeter Ontario (45 minutes away), picked it up and brought it back to Goderich to give to me. The young service man at the counter was very courteous and helped me with the air pump instructions..then assisted in confirming I had a puncture. I then had to wait for a tow truck. He was most helpful while I waited, provided a stool for me to sit on and plugged in my phone as my battery had died. He made me feel safe and welcomed. His name was Blake. I want you to know you have a great customer oriented employee.
