Authentic spices for curries, pickles and chutneys favoured in Sri Lanka, dips like tzatziki and hommus, all the different sorts of rice on the planet and a deli of gourmet goods. Seriously good produce and if you follow a recipe, it's so easy to make a genuine Middle East/Asian fusion gourmet dinner right at home!
