He saw the "owner". I dropped him off because my son is 21 and he likes to do certain things on his own. When he came out, I noticed that he was bleeding pretty heavily from the bottom of his neck. I asked him what happened and he said he felt a sting but nothing was said and he just let it be. I went back in to ask the barber what happened. He said it was just a nick. I stated that it was not just a nick because it was down to the white meat. He said well that happens. I said no it doesn't and he started to walk away. I called him back and told him that this was not the way to do business with a long time customer. Especially one that is special needs. I said that he took advantage of my son and it wasn't ok. At this point, a female employee came to stand behind him as if to intimidate me. I asked when my son's regular barber Efron would be returning. He said next week. So I told him he could explain to Efron why he lost TWO of his best customers. He shrugged and said ok is that it?....I was so stunned by his attitude and poor behavior. I just looked at him and told him he was an A..Hole and he says yeah well you are an A..hole too... Once upon a time they USED to be good...NOT ANYMORE! The haircut was crap and the customer service is non existent. If you are looking for a good barber to treat you with respect and have professionals who give you a good haircut, DO NOT GO HERE!!!
