Instead of paying this price, they added an extra $20 up charge at the end of haircut without being told before or during that this would happen. The lady told me this was due to some untangling that needed to be done to my hair, and while I can understand there being an up-charge for this, the fact I was not told until I handed over my card was ridiculous. Please avoid unless you like paying extra at the end!

The first time she went, her haircut (by Gary) took over an hour - but there was a lot of hair and fixing that needed to be done, thanks to Pro Cuts. She came back looking FRESH as all get out, and neither of us could stop looking at her hair. She's gone back once since then, and again - perfect haircut. It even grows out better! I approached the front desk and the owner, Diane, was there and greater me with a smile. I asked if she was willing to do anything to help; without hesitation Diane asked me how many staff member were at the school. I told her 120 total staff and much to my surprise she said please give me till 4pm and I will have a $25 gift card for every one. I reiterated that there was 120 staff members. She was kind in her response to me explaining that she supports schools and teachers. I came back about 5PM and they were ready as she stated. I was so impressed by this generosity that I came back the next day to get my gmail cut. Diane remembered my name and a few of he stylist remembered me too. Mariah gave me a hair cut but even better than that we had a great conversation. My hair looked great and scheduled my next appointment for three weeks out for a 20% percent discount.
