We tried to solve the problem without an exterminator and made matters worse, never block up a wasps nest, they get aggressive!!! There were 1000's!!!! The terminator they sent was both professional and thorough :) your local council charges up-to three times of what pestaxe charge!!! Absolutely appalled by the behaviour of Rick. I booked for a wasp nest removal and on the day I had…read morea call to say he was 15 mins away. I then get a call to say he can't find me and gives a landmark he can see, since I'm new to the area I said i'm going to check on Google maps, at which point Rick says If I don't know where I live he can't help me and couldn't remove the wasp nest. Since I'd lost a days pay to wait in for Youngs pest control to turn up I posted a review elsewhere saying this. I then had a very abusive call from Rick swearing and telling me "You must have something wrong with your head". I wouldn't advise anyone to use a company that feels the need to call and swear or show any signs of aggression after a poor review. Clearly they don't understand the basics of good customer service.
