Specifically: * Lack of in-ground electrical utility access * Rocks that can be felt when walking on the turf * Uneven ground under the turf * Turf that is not property adhered * Visible waves in the turf * Lack of a clear valve to drainage system to clear debris * Improper installation of drainage system, resulting in washouts during every storm We hope that someone reaches out so we can resolve the installation issues and make final payment.
