Further, Trish, the owner tried to coerce me to use one of her med management underlings for mysrlf, instead of my own, and when I said I was already taken care of she forbid me and my son from her agency. She is off rails. This is not a safe therapy agency. There are many good ones out there! Avoid!

Therapists are unprofessional and 1) compete for…read moreminor client to switch therapists; 2) give minor client information to persuade her to discontinue current medical treatment in direct contrast/conflict with client's best interest and without consulting parent/medical team; 3) owner/primary practitioner canceled numerous appointments without prior notice; 4) owner/primary practitioner terminated minor's therapy without any notice ultimately citing their no call and late cancelation policy which owner admitted client had not violated. The impersonal and unprofessional way that this office has handled the mental health of a minor client is abhorrent. I highly recommend that you seek therapy elsewhere if you are looking to actually get competent, compassionate and therapeutic help.
