This company installed my kitchen cabinets a few years ago. The cupboards turned out so nice and the carpenter who installed them was excellent. They sent a kitchen designer initially to assist in the design and she was great as well. The reason why I wouldn't recommend this company is because of the lack of customer service. I required some maintenance on my cabinets such as replacing doors and painting. I realize that when I initially called it was the start of covid and was getting no response which was understandable. This was in 2020 and I continued to call well into 2021. I called and kept getting advised someone would call me back or they had to check with the owner. From March 2021 to June I called several times and once again being told someone would call me back. I send an email to the owner with pictures which was also Recomm by designer with no response once again. In one of my phone calls they stated there was a waiting list. That was news to me because I've called for two years and no mention of a waiting list. I finally gave up and decided to paint my cupboards myself. I feel that customer service is as important as installation to ensure cupboards continue to look fresh and clean. I wanted to warn other potential customers of my experience. read more
