So when I go inside I met with nothing but frustration and attitude I got my food and asked for the corporate number because I was told by the manager named Chelsea that if I didn't like it to call corporate so I asked for the number and she snapped and said it's on your receipt and then continue to be a Snappy b**** so I got Snappy back. And then a few items were wrong and I go to get them replaced and I have to be told to leave the store and wait outside so I do so and then I met with a cop not my replacement food and the manager Chelsea told the cop I was lying and I threatened her and everything else I felt like it was pretty funny when I gave the cop the receipt and the incorrect food so at this point now that she was proving to be a liar she told the cop she was refusing my service and that I was to be trespassed all because she looked dumb and I wanted what I paid for I never got such disrespect from a family-friendly restaurant this McDonald's is a joke that manager Chelsea should find a new job if she can't handle people and by the way I never got my food fixed or a refund.

Biscuits are so stale you choke on them, fries are covered in so much salt they can't be eaten, and you're left wondering if the employees do this kind of stuff on purpose to offend people. I probably throw away more food than I've eaten because it's so bad. Choices in New Richmond are limited, but I have regretted every time I've stopped here, not just because of the quality of food but also because the service is so slow. I stopped coming here in the mornings years ago when I learned a cup of coffee or a breakfast for my daughter meant being late for work or religious school on Sundays. I really wish New Richmond would get a Starbucks, Dunkin, or Wendy's and put this place out of business.

First, I must say the Manager, Cierra was fantastic, and the server, Aiden, was all you could ask for in one of their runners. The cheeseburger, unadulterated except for mustard, tomato, and lettuce (as it should be!) was excellent, tasting just as I remember it. The slight sweetness of the meat, and the bun matched my memories. Of course, the prices are higher and the burger a little smaller, but it tasted great, which is why we went. The onion rings were great, crispy and not greasy, and they have Diet Dr. Pepper! Sadly, they don't have onion hearts anymore (anyone remember those?). We'll be back.
