When nobody responded, I sent an email requesting follow up. Still no response. It wasn't until I got there a week later, that I called your office and I was told someone would call me the next day. Mike did call me and his comment to me was that they could "try to squeeze me in." I never said I "wasn't going to sit around and needed to move forward" while I was there. Since he said he would try to squeeze me in and get back to me again the next day, I patiently waited. No one called me. On Thursday, Mike called the homeowner I am helping and she handed me the phone to talk to him. I had no intention of calling another time. I reminded him that no one had called me back and that I had found another electrician. I was out of patience at that point. That's the actual story.

Will took care of about three afternoon's worth of electrical fixes/upgrades to my slightly older house, and didn't just make things work -- he did a beautiful job. Everything he installed looks and acts just perfect. I'm especially thankful that he corrected grounding issues on my outlets: within a month, my carpet cleaner started gushing fluid out the motor vents due to internal failure -- I was like "glad I made sure the outlets are grounded!". And a month later, the roofer guy was up there with his electric nail gun, and it suddenly started raining -- "glad I made sure those outside outlets are GFI!".
