Goldbergs fine foods on west paces ferry rd

As an African American male im tired of being treated like a 2nd class citizen i entered this Establishment i noticed i was the only black customer in the restaurant i stood in line to be seated I was never greeted but the older white customer where greeted 2nd i waited patiently as i finally moved to the front of line i noticed two different white women and where immediately sat down as i was still waiting to be seated this was pure racism and discrimination I WILL NEVER SUPPORT THIS ESTABLISHMENT my money is just as good as ANYONE no one is more important then another customer fair is fair and i was treated very unfairly and your staff is very unprofessional

Went ON a Sunday morning about 1030am ish. There was a line...but, it went rather quickly. We ordered our meals and everything was delicious. Had an omelet and everything bagel with cream cheese. Was so much food! The sides you can order are fresh fruit, latkes, bagel or tomato slices. Can't go wrong either any of it. There are a few Goldbergs in the Atlanta area. What's nice is they have a to-go pick up area, a bakery, and a coffee station. One of the best breakfast places, the food is so delicious and such care has been taken to keep the quality of the food in the menu.

had a great experience here on a Sunday morning! We were seated right away and service was consistently fast through our whole meal (they even took our drink order as we were walking to sit down at our table, this place moves so efficiently!) I got the Gluten Free Bagel w/ egg and chive cream cheese and a side of fruit (only thing I would change from this meal would be less melon in the fruit bowl, but I feel like that's a pretty typical find everywhere). GF bagels are HARD to do, and usually come out either extremely crumbly or rock hard but this one was neither. Very soft and didn't break just from picking it up. Also had great flavor and toasted well. *chefs kiss!* Other meal at my table was a Sausage Egg & Cheese Bagel with potato latkes. they come with very yummy applesauce and received high praises. also we found it reasonably priced. Total for both meals, coffee, and a giant cup of OJ came out to $27. We will definitely return

Outrageous!!!! I call in and place a ToGo order and you add a gratuity to my bill? And to add insult to injury you added the tip to the total AFTER TAX! Not the Goldbergs of yesteryear

Pretty good! I loved the bagels! First time I've ever eaten bagels and actually like them. So I will be coming back for bagels! That blueberry muffin really taste blueberry-ish! Now for the pre-made meals ... I purchased the pre-made vegetable lasagna. It was pretty good! I was really shocked! I was expecting for me to spit it out without even chewing based upon the taste. But it was pretty good. Now this is perfect for you to eat throughout the week for lunch. But do not serve this at a potluck or your friends get-togethers. They will talk about you. But again this is just okay imperfect for eating throughout the week. I can't say I would buy it again. Before you humans who can't cook, this is perfect for you! But I will be back for the bagels if I'm ever craving them. The only reason this is not 5 Stars is because I don't care for bagels. But if I ever have to eat Bagels again, it will be this establishment! I'm a toast type of female. But these Bagels were good!

Very cool local ATL breakfast/brunch spot. Above average price, yet excellent quality, even on to go items. Highly recommend the avocado toast on everything bread with alfalfa sprouts -- 5/5 stars. Meat, egg, cheese bagel sandwiches were also great -- 4.5/5; opted for bacon and cinn raisin bagel. Veggie egg white omelette am Latke's we're above average -- 3.75/5 stars -- probably better when eaten in person. Ran out of gluten free bagel. Clean dining room. Shared parking lot.

A great breakfast was enjoyed by all in our family today at Goldbergs on West Paces. The bagels were good, the latkes were super the eggs / bacon were cooked to order. I have been coming to this location for over 25-years when in the ATL area. It never disappoints.

We bumped into this Deli while getting gas to continue home to Minnesota from Savannah Georgia. We wanted something quick and not too heavy. This sounded perfect to me. We went into this small, bustling shop, there were signs apologizing for a short staff as you come in. I was worrying a bit. We looked at the menu for a bit and placed an order. Just a short wait at the counter for a delicious, sourdough roasted turkey sandwich. (the sandwich was devoured before a Pic of the sandwich was taken) - bad Yelper, I was hungry! I would definitely go back!

I've been here now twice and I think it's safe to say these folks do the best bagels in Atlanta. For those that don't know Goldbergs has been in Atlanta since 1972 and this location off of West Paces is considered their busiest location. One bite of their bagels you can see why. Its got great texture. Paper thin skin with a hint of crunch. Chewy middle but not so chewy where you feel like you're eating a wet paper towel. Great coffee all day long and friendly services and customers....you really can't go wrong coming here.

I ordered the Rio Grande with Pastrami and a plain bagel with smoked salmon cream cheese. If you're planning to visit, I'd recommend ordering through their website. The place gets busy, and I waited about 15-17 minutes for my food. Not a bad wait, but ordering ahead definetly saves time. The first thing you'll notice is the size. These bagels are huge. I ate my Rio Grande around 10 a.m. and wasn't hungry again until about 4 p.m., so they're definitely filling. I saved the smoked salmon bagel for the next morning, toasted it, and added the salmon creme cheese back on, and it was just as delicious. Overall, Brooklyn Bagel Company is a solid breakfast and deli spot with several locations around Atlanta. After trying a place with "Brooklyn" in the name, I'm genuinely curious what separates a good bagel from a great one. I finally understand why people are so passionate about them. My next order will definitely be the Nova with capers and red onions. If you're looking for a hearty breakfast that will keep you full for hours, this place is definitely worth trying.

Hands down the best breakfast and brunch in Atlanta for the price!…read more I love a good diner, and Goldbergs delivers every single time. It's light years ahead of J Christopher's, White Hall, First Watch, you game it. Now you won't get a fancy coffee or Instagram able photo, but you'll get solid food. I've been eating here for years and genuinely crave it about every three weeks...it's that good. You really can't go wrong. Portions are generous especially for the price, service is consistently solid (though wait times can vary, it's popular!), and with so many locations you can usually find one nearby. They're also great about modifying cooking oils for those of us who prefer olive oil or other healthier options. My go-to is an omelette or the nova scramble, with home fries -- big, crispy potato chunks with sautéed peppers and onions -- plus a side of toast, English muffin, or bagel (or swap for salad or fruit). My husband swears by their latkes, too. Classic, satisfying, and a total win for brunch lovers.

Love, love, love Goldbergs Fine Foods in Buckhead, carry-out, delivery, dine-in, all of it's good…read more These may be the best bagels at the best bagel joint in Atlanta. They carry a full selection (more than I am listing) of tradtional bagels, everything, sesame, onion, garlic, poppy, egg, even a blueberry one. They also have a couple of gluten-free ones and a jalapeno-cheese one. The bagels I've tried are fresh, chewy, reasonably-sized. The serve them in delicious breakfast sandwiches with eggs, cheese (your choice), and meat (your choice). Sandwiches come with your choice of a side, latkes or sliced tomatoes. Order the tomatoes and layer the thin slices onto your sandwich for a messy delight. Order the latkes for a decadent addition to your morning. The latkes are flavorful, puffy, crunchy, and just a bit greasy. They are delicious. Bagels with schmears are stuffed with fresh cream cheese that is rich. We've only ordered them with plain, which is great, but they also have some flavors. I've also eaten quite a few omelets and salads from Goldbergs. Salads are reasonably sized with fresh dressing and greens. The greens are fine, fancy even. Omelets are traditional, well-cooked, large, full of your selected fillings. There is a meat-lovers style one with their quality meats; a spanish-style one with onion, peppers, and red sauce. My favorite is the country omelet that is full of hash browns, onions, ham, and cheese. Goldbergs also has traditional breakfast fare and sandwiches that I haven't gotten to just yet! While I've ordered delivery from Golbergs quite a bit, I've also popped in for carryout, and eaten in. Delivery holds up well. Carryout is easy and quick, even when they are bustling. Eating in is a mix of regulars with staff stopping at tables to chat and people who are there just of the food. Service is friendly and reasonably fast. The waitstaff knows the menu and knows people. They keep things moving without being overbearing or giving customers short shrift. The restaurant is bright and clean. It has photos of patrons and staff throughout the years on the walls. The walk-in carry-out area is separated from the restaurant which makes for a bustling, energetic environment.

I loved the caramelized jalepeno slices since they added it beautiful hint of spicy sweetness to the dish. The bread has a nice chew and it does not get soggy fast. - CONS: Not that special. I dont know why it's "korean" since it tasted like a normal cheesesteak but with a few jalapenos. I also wish they added in more jalapenos (I got like 3). 2) Garlic Fries with Ranch: - PROS: Very nice texture with a crispy outside and fluffy inside that is not too dense. The flavor comes from the garlic mince that is on top. The ranch is like a mixture of an aioli and tartar sauce (I think they make it in house, correct me if I'm wrong). - CONS: Inconsistent texture as some of the fries were dense but a few had that good hollow crisp bite. Quite oily too. Overall, I enjoyed the cheesesteak but would probably skip the fries next time. I do believe it is good especially the bread. I don't think it is worth all the hype it gets, but it is good.
