Make sure you bring your Istanbul Card with you as everything here is purchased using this card. If you are looking for a quiet get away with great beaches for away from the crowd this is the place! If you are a tourist I recommend using Uber and paying extra to have your driver wait for you for the day. It is worth it as the taxi options here are limited.

It's a sandy beach to the North of the Bosphorus strait, near the Black sea. Most of the times the water is clean, but not always, it depends on the winds. It's a simple beach, do not expect so many facilities but you can have changing rooms, WC, even some simple water sports. You pay for the entrance, but it's not a big deal.
