We Both showed sighs of fever, vomiting , continuous diarrhoea for most of the night, tummy cramps that were persisting though to Monday and Tuesday. When we dined on that Friday we told the waitress that the food was very chewy and did not smell well, She was good and acknowledged the plates, The manger came over , a Chinese lady with some concerns, But we explained the food was no good because of certain facts, she said and defended the meals, everyone else seems to be enjoying, the meals weren't sent back for investigation , luckily my son of 7 was not eating the cakes, my partner held a napkin to her mouth and spat the food out, never have I seen this before from her..my back ground is a trained chef and community services student, so this is why I feel I need to write this review, and maybe others experience such sickness within these time frames? When we left the restaurant , the meals , regardless of how we felt or how we did not consume the meals we were made to pay for every meal, no compassion, no sorry, just a grunt from the owner..now that's bad service and from a customers Point of view ,..disgraceful..the serious of this is now others and myself may have food poisoning..this is from not acting and having serious food hazards in the kitchen.. I hope you sort out this serious issue , with the preparation with your food and your service, regardless that you have been in business for over 15 years.. I ordered Chicken Chow Mien and it was delicious, and had been freshly cooked. The menu was reasonably priced. The staff were friendly. The décor was pleasant. But, the big surprise was parking was easy to find which is unusual for Mooloolaba. I would not hesitate in going back to this restaurant.
