Just went to the Golden Corral and it was a pleasant experience at most. Had a while room to our selves and though they had a lot of people to attend to, their services was peak. They got us what we wanted and was able to even through the chaos. Tried the piña colada and it was one of the best, the chicken was a bit spicy but just my opinion! The buffet had everything you could want, except my fav burritos. The ambience was relaxed and chill outside our room, and seemed almost high end. Been here a few times and would definitely recommend again for anyone wondering if they should go. 5 out of 5 in my mind, thanks for the experience.

I'll be honest -- Golden Corral isn't usually my first choice when it comes to dining out. But my niece loves it, so we came here for her 6th birthday dinner (Her choice). And honestly, I was pleasantly surprised by this particular location! First off, the restaurant was very clean especially in comparison to other locations that I've visited, not overly packed, and the crowd seemed to come in waves, so it never felt overwhelming. I do want to mention that I came on a Sunday afternoon around 3:15 PM. They have two large rooms for larger parties. We sat in one of them. The staff was amazing -- they were so friendly and even familiar with my niece since we've brought her here a few times. They even came out and sang happy birthday to her, which just made her whole night! I do want to note that they told us if it's someone in your parties birthday, you do have to request for them to sing. They're no longer allowed to just sing to the birthday person without you asking for it. One thing that really shocked me: they have a slushie machine here! I've never seen that at a Golden Corral before. Such a cute touch, especially for kids. Now for the food -- it's definitely a hit-or-miss situation, but that's kind of the beauty of a buffet. You can pick and choose what you like! * The clam chowder soup was delicious -- full of flavor. * The rice with sausage was another favorite -- very flavorful. * The sweet potato casserole topped with marshmallows was really good, just a bit on the sweeter side. * The fried shrimp was solid too. * The strawberry cake looked amazing and tasted just as good. Some dishes missed the mark a bit -- I personally didn't care for the baked chicken, and my mom said the baked fish wasn't great either. But again, when you have so many options, it's easy to find something you'll enjoy. Overall, Golden Corral is one of those family-friendly places where not everyone will love the same thing, but everyone will leave happy and full. It's affordable, casual, and perfect for larger groups when you don't want the hassle of structured menus or high prices. I normally don't leave reviews for places like this, but this location definitely stood out -- newer, cleaner, great vibe, and the staff made it an even better experience. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area looking for an easy, family-style meal without breaking the bank!

It was my birthday and they dropped a red cupcake on my cousin and didn't say anything and said they would be back with my cupcake and didn't tell no one about it I don't recommend this place!

4 stars for affordability! I took my 2 kids for lunch and had a nice, very filling meal for only $33 for all 3 of us! This is a much better option than stopping at a fast food restaurant, the food is ready to eat, healthier and cheaper! They have a huge selection of food! We enjoyed ourself. I really enjoyed the steak tips, but I was bummed when they didn't bring anymore out. My son loved the popcorn shrimp. The pecan pie was delicious and hot fudge on soft serve was a real treat!

Haven't been here in years. I am always skeptical about what to expect. My parents really wanted to check them out. We got there around 4:30 and the place was already hopping. Plenty of clean seating for all. The buffet had many different options. My father loved the salad and fruit bar. My mom and I tried the fried fish, shrimp, catfish, and hush puppies. All were warm and fresh. For second we tried some of there steak. Nothing high end but it was a nice flat iron cooked medium rare which we like. Wait staff was amazing. Continuously picking up dirty plates and refreshing the food. They were all so friendly. Finally we finished with hot fudge brownie sundaes. All in all a nice place to bring a hungry family that is on a budget. Not too much more than a meal at a fast food joint. Give it a try.

It would've helped if we checked the dining hours. Got there 15 minutes ahead of opening, which was fine. Sat down in a nice open-aired dining room, Clean, airy, white table cloth. The place filled up quickly. Our server Rachel was quick to come over with a warm invite, water, and brought bread, butter, and oil. If you like Italian food, this is a place you should hit up. Huge variety of dishes, including a wide array of appetizers, soups, and sides. I'm a huge fan of eggplant so couldn't resist. Our service said it was excellent. She was right. It comes one of two ways in that you can get it as a dinner or à la cart. I went with à la cart which included a house salad and a side dish of pasta. Saw Utica greens on the appetizers and couldn't resist. They were fantastic. You can get them mild medium or hot. Medium it was. Strongly recommend these if you are a fan of Utica greens. Prepared to perfection. As the eggplant approached the table I was impressed how large of a serving it was. So big I couldn't eat the whole thing. The eggplant was outstanding. It was thinly sliced. It melts in your mouth. It's smothered in their red marinara sauce. The sauce is on the sweet side, which is how I prefer. Excellent! With the à la cart meal, you get a choice of a side dish. Being a big fan of Angel hair pasta, the decision was an easy one. About the side salad, it's a good size salad to accompany your dinner. A lot of fresh veggies, carrots, red cabbage, tomatoes, and olives. A sign of a good restaurant is one you'll go back to. We will be back.

The portions are quite large, but the prices are a bit high as well. Recipes seem to be mostly homemade though the salad dressings seemed like they came from large plastic containers. Meatball flavor seemed a bit off to me. Just didn't like it and their sauce was just OK. Pasta was fine..basic bread on the table. Definitely nothing special. The house Italian dressing comes with balsamic vinaigrette. We had a family of 10 and many dishes were ordered from broiled halibut to fettuccine Alfredo, to prime rib, to chopped sirloin, to pork chop Milanese. The Milanese pork chop was definitely the big hit. My dad ordered a steak medium rare and of course they served it well done. Service was about a B. We had to wait quite a while to be asked what we wanted for dessert. Not sure if they have wifi or not. Parking llot out front was full. Staff was friendly.
