I don't know how she does it, but she manages to get these unposed, couldn't-have-planned-them-better moments. I first met Rose a couple of years ago at the Jeni's Yelp event, and she took my favorite photo ever. She captured the exact moment when I met Jeni -- and you can see every bit of excitement and nervousness as this fanboy met his crush. Since then, I've hired Rose several times for work and personal, and everyone is completely thrilled with the results. She also donates her precious time once a quarter to help photograph our Columbus SOUP events -- where she truly captures the joy and the spirit of the events. She…read morepromised the pictures to us earlier than we received them, but that was OK sometimes things happen and we understand that. I thought her reviews and her pictures were good in thumbtack. Unfortunately, our pictures did not turn out well at all. Our family pictures were blurry and not in focus. Most of them had more of the foreground in the picture than it did of us. The lighting was bad in almost every picture. There was sun streaking across some people's faces while other people were in the shade. In some of the pictures you can't even tell people have a full face because the lighting was so bad. I don't believe that she even touched them up like she said she would because it appears to just be different filters. In the large family picture, she has people blocking other people's faces in each one of them. So those pictures are a total loss. I did check the reviews before I used her and she seemed to be good. I have reached out to her several times both on the phone and by text and she has not responded to either. My advice don't waste your money using this Photographer.
