They messaged me the day before as a reminder of the cleaning and on the day of, they let me know they were running just a few minutes late, which was very considerate. I wanted a deep clean and sadly, this wasn't it. It also cost almost $300!! They were very prompt and courteous, but the cleaning didn't work. I ended up renting a carpet cleaner afterwards and the water was still so disgusting! To top it off, I had to deeply vacuum the whole house hours after they finished because it "brings the dirt to the surface". I feel like if I pay that much for something, it should be all inclusive.
