I'm impressed! I walked in on a Friday morning without an appointment. I waited about 20 minutes - which was less than ideal - but grateful they were able to fit me in for a manicure. The woman who did my nails was fast and efficient and paid close attention to detail. She didn't talk much but that was fine with me. She did exactly what I requested and exceeded my expectations. My wife and sister in law went here and said they were friendly but was overcharged for the nails and feet what should have added up to 80 for my wife was 102 and my sister in law got the exact same thing done and was charged 112 for hers both should have been 80. Pedicure was ok. Acrylic full in and polish, horrible. Don't waste your money. Go to cheery nails!!

Sloppy and rushed! I asked for a regular manicure and he gave me gel polish and the proceeded to only paint before I asked about that actual manicure, then he started all over. He kept being stressed as more people walked through the door and would touch my mail to check if they were dry, smudging them, then putting more clear coat on them to smooth them over. Well for starters, the lady never said one word to me, didn't even make an attempt. She did an OK job except for she kept putting the damn light on top of my expensive ass polish! She also pulled my leg every time she wanted me to move my foot back-and-forth... not friendly at all! Way overpriced, I got the classic for $30 plus French tip with gel polish and it was 50 bucks! And she didn't even cut the cuticles or any of that stuff barely rubbed a little bit of oil on half my legs... maybe spent 30 minutes. read more

This is my favorite nails salon I've been to out of many and I'm not exaggerating, let me explain: I work in Manhattan and even none of the nail salons can compare. When I come to Golden the service is great, everyone is polite, maybe I'm used to the city rudeness but I just find the staff here so lovely and kind, and they take pride in their work. I've been three times now and I have always left so happy with my nails. They fixed a horrible job I had done in quarantine and I am simply delighted. 12/10 would recommend. read more

My toes were in need of some TLC. I headed to this business based on a couple of positive yelp reviews. I was greeted by friendly young man and shown to chair. The water was cold and no soak time was allowed. The lady who was to perform my pedicure was a lot less friendly and made it clear with her expression and her eye roll that I was a disappointment since I was not getting the top of the line pedicure. She spoke not at all to me, but chatted with her co-workers nonstop. I had more interaction from the massage chair than her. Her effort was minimal. This was a bare bones functional pedi. I was there less than 20 minutes. If you're seeking any kind of pampering you best skip this place for a pedicure. read more

The only reason I'm giving this review 2 stars is because of the man that did my pedicure. He was phenomenal; all smiles and very kind. Delivered a great Japanese Pedicure and customer service. The rest of the staff however, were awful. There were 3 of us that walked in about 2:30pm today (Sunday- they only do walk-ins). The woman that "greeted" us was terribly rude and spoke to us like we were burdens with no provocation. The woman that did my friend's pedicure never spoke a word to her and only ever looked at her to give her hateful scowls when she request her nail color or even when my friend said "thank you". This same woman had done our other friend's nails, where she cut too deeply on the sides. When my friend flinched, she gave her a nasty glare and said "hang nail" and kept going at it. When our friend came over to wait next to us, she had an open wound carved into the side of her nail. Regardless of her service including getting rid of hang-nails, to dig into someone's skin to the point of causing pain and opening into deeper layers almost to the point of bleeding, is not only greatly disrespectful, but unsanitary and abusive. We were fiercely irritated at the obvious disrespect that we were dealing with for trying to get our nails serviced. We decided to just try to ignore it, as we were in the middle of our service and thought that maybe they had been having a bad day, we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. The young man that did my pedicure, I unfortunately never got his name, was the only reason we didn't just get up. The first woman being rude we figured was just an individual issue, but the second woman being so disrespectful was a shock. Furthermore, when we went to pay, their card machine was malfunctioning, which happens, we were understanding. But, the complete disregard for customer service, common decency, or respect that we faced while they communicated the issue, felt as if it were a test of our self-control. Understand that we were not told that the card machine was out of order, just silence until the older man tried to tell us that he would WRITE DOWN OUR CARD NUMBER AND RUN IT LATER. Obviously, no sane person would allow this, so I said I did not feel comfortable doing that. In response, he sternly said, "Well you go get money." I took a deep breath, reminding myself that I have a child and cannot start tangling with the law. We were regarded as if we were the problem, I had to say a prayer to keep from making a scene, because they were about to not get anything from us. After one of my friend's and I went across the street to the Kroger, where we had to get cash back as they had their ATM taken out for repair, we showed up to a now working card reader and smiles upon seeing cash. I handed the rude older man at the front the money, and tipped the pedicurist that did my feet with a smile and words of appreciation. It goes without saying we will never be back nor recommend this place to anyone, which I doubt anyone truly cares about, but I'll write it anyway since this is Yelp and folks are looking for it honest and thorough reviews. I hate writing bad reviews because I understand that with how times are, not everyone is having the best-of-times and customer service is not fun. But, this was in no way, shape or form appropriate or acceptable behavior of any business. I truly hope that the man that did my pedicure finds a better business that is deserving of his character, because he was the only diamond in that establishment. read more

Great nail salon. Very clean and the employees were so nice. Very reasonable prices. Would come back again.

My daughter treated us to pedis and full sets, which came to $190 by the way. (This wasn't even for the most expensive pedis either) Would've been fine with this had they done a good job. The next morning my toenails and gel nails were bubbling up. They told me to come in and have them fixed, which I did have my nails fixed, no time for toes to be redone. Had just spent 21/2 hours in there the day before. 3 days later 3 of my nails already have the gel peeling off. This is not acceptable ESPECIALLY considering the outrageous cost. I never have given any kind of review before, but this went through me. Won't go back. read more

my homecoming is in 5 days and i needed my nails done and these are bad. my fingers are sore and i got cut on 3fingers. my nails are tilted upwards because of bad nail tip application. they are too short, not how i wanted them. she asked how long & when i said a little bit shorter she cut them before i had time to say anything else.
