I believe that the tech that did my nails name was Kathy. She was very thorough, nice and did a great job on my nails. However, I got a fill with one repair overlay and a french gel. I am used to paying 30 dollars for this, and when I called I thought that she said 28 but at the end it appears that she said 38. It was 18 for a fill and 20 for french with gel. I don't like that price at all, but it is what it is. I've been here several times and it's been ok seeing that it's convenient to my home and they do a decent job. Well this day I went in for my usual regular mani/pedi with wax. The tech dug kinda deep on one of my toes and hurt a bit. I overlooked it and everything else was just ok. I paid with my debit card and gave a cash tip and left, well about 20 mins later I went back, because I messed up 2 toes and as I'm leaving one of the techs stopped to tell me that earlier that the other lady didn't charge for everything and that they charged my card for the rest. I was so livid bc I offered the $5 I owed in cash and she goes on to say that she charged a tip to make up the difference. I said to her don't you ever do that again without me knowing, what kinda crap is that. It's not my fault that the lady ddnt knw the prices. So if you go only take cash and make sure the prices are explained. I will not be returning for that. I don't like anyone playing with my money. That's really unprofessional. I was so mad when I left, but I felt if I went back in I would have knocked everything over in that place. read more

I've been coming here for years. Even though I loved the nail service I stopped coming temporarily because the customer service (bad attitude) was not professional. After being gone for about 8 months I returned and the services exceed expectations and a lot of the staff members are new and their customer service is very professional and accommodating. This was my first time here, recommended by a friend. I came in a Saturday at 12:00 and had to return in an hour due to the wait. Once there, it took a while for them to start on me but it was because they don't rush their work and that is a big thing I noticed. The lady who worked on my pedicure was very nice and paid a lot of attention to detail while not pinching me with her tools. I will say that they need to pay attention to the temperature of their water and towels because they were scalding, and I have a high tolerance. The pedicure and massage came out looking great and the price as well. Their basic pedicure is twenty two dollars. Do not get their salt scrub one for an additional 5, it's not worth the money. Overall their attitude and attention to detail is why I gave them 4 stars despite the couple of mishaps. read more

My husband and I came in on our 21st anniversary for the deluxe pedicures and I got a shellac manicure. They did a great job. Not a fancy place, but very friendly staff. Did a great job on our pedicures. Really took their time and gave us our money's worth on the massages. While I felt like the tools and work areas were clean, I did notice the place could use a more thorough scrub down in the corners so I'm taking off one star. *update* This is the first gel manicure I've had that was worth the upcharge. The longest lasting I've ever had. It hasnt chipped at all. I thought there was no hope for my nails, but I'll definitely be going here regularly. My nails are pretty & protected. Definitely my bew nail place The service is excellent. They did a really good job on my gel mani/pedi. Pedicure was superb & they did the gel base coat & 3 layers of color before the top coat. Most nail places I've been to aren't so careful & thorough. However, I was pretty grossed out by the poor condition of the place. I think it's wear & tear that they don't notice because it's their regular environment. Walking in after waiting 20 minutes for them to open, I was taken aback by the chipped paint, nail clippings and moldy wall. The quality of service almost made up for it. Almost. I wish I could find this level & quality of service in a cleaner environment. They did use what appeared to be brand bew nail files/buffers. The cleanliness of the environment didnt seem to extend to their sanitation practices. But I've been wrong before. All said & done, it was one of the better mani/pedis I've had. I think their prices should be lower for the inside to look so low rate. Honestly, I'm on the fence about returning. read more

Got a mani/pedi and eyebrow wax. Mani/pedi went terribly wrong when they placed an extremely hot neck towel. I mentioned it was hot and they said it would cool down. That done they took me to the back for a wax, lady was on the phone and messed up my eyebrow. When I saw the mess up she blamed it that my hair didn't grow there, um no! This is one of my worst nail experiences I have ever had. I called to make an appointment for 2 manis and 2 pedis at 3:30pm and I started on time. While the male nail tech was removing my old set a new customer walks in asking for a full set they said sure no problem, soon after they were not yet done removing my nails and asked me to move to the pedi chair to start my pedi. Usually this is no problem as we are making progress. However this nail trip took 4 hours total for a service that usually might require 1 to 1.5 hours and my nails look HORRIBLE! They charged me 80 for a 4 hour horrible nail service and then at check out offered a card for multiple visits ect. It was laughable how clueless they were pretending to be. I explained how unsatisfactory the visit was from the dry towels that were supposed to be damp and hot to the fact they took another client and made my visit 4 hours and worst of all my nails look like I did them! Their reply was "sorry". I will never be back and I don't understand how this place is even in business. read more

Okay so I decided to come because of the great reviews it had plus one of my friends told me about it as well. I get there and the lady is rushing already right into shaping my nail she cuts me bad and I start bleeding a lot. She puts this blue thing that stings so bad that basically burned the cut and stopped the bleeding. Okay I was a little upset but she kept going. Then when she was taking of my cuticles she took a piece of skin and went too far and again I started bleeding a lot. AGAIN she put that blue thing that I did not want because it burns so bad but she did it when I wasn't looking. At this point I was so pissed off because of both cuts like I mean I've gotten so many gel manicures before and my once have they cut me!! Okay I was mad but still kept going (i should have left idk why I stayed) she was putting the gel polish on and like I said she rushing so much it looked really bad. I complained then they said it's just because they need to put another coat if not they will change color I said okay let's try that... tried it did not come out good still then another lady did my nails and they came out okay. I'm still not sure what I should of done? All my friends tell me I should of just left? I'm not sure but I am never going back there again!! read more

I could not believe how the nail techs treated me. Passed around to 3 different people today. Then upset because I accidentally messed up my finger. Yesterday was my first time coming here. My friend nails be so pretty, I ask who she went to which was Kathy. Kathy did my nails ''HORRIBLE'' I got there at 2:35pm I didn't leave until 6:10pm. I left the same way I came in bare. $25 for a pedi that wasn't even completed, I don't know her name she was a elderly lady that continued to roll her eyes at me. Had to soak the nails off because they was horrible. One nail broke as soon as it touch the bowl to soak, nails that suppose to be thick don't do that. No assistance from no one until I peeled all of it off, then that's when another lady wanna come and half help. She didn't know what she was doing. So I took back over using their equipment. A man came in willing to assist and apologize for it. You think Kathy and her co workers apologized NOPE. I was soaking while she did two other people nails. That's a long time not to come check on your customer. But when I'm done you want $25.00 for something that wasn't completed. Shouldn't have to pay for something that wasn't completed. I ask for thick square round nails, this lady gives me a coffin nail, I didn't ask for that give me what I ask for. Some nails was uneven, some was smaller and thinner then others. She also told me to keep them and come Wednesday she'll fix it. No ma'am I will not take this off now. I refuse to leave with poor service. You won't have to worry about me coming back. Service trash, unprofessional , work trash. I never seen a nail tech jump from person to person to get them done all at one time. You're not a stylist, know your position as a nail tech. Kathy was upset she even started the eye rolling and gave attitude. Don't waste your time going. Worst service ever. I paid $25 for just sitting in a nail shop for 4 hours. I guess she needed the money more then me. If this scale had a negative one they'll get it. read more
