They promptly came to assess the situation and maintained regular (and welcome!) contact throughout the process. Kudo to Matt, the project manager, and his team of workers on a super job! We had no experience remodeling a home let alone recovering from a fire. Our home had to be taken down to the outside walls and rebuilt from there. So many decisions to make, but Matt steered us through all of it, especially when we made suggestions (which weren't always feasible!). He offered solid advice and recommendations that we gladly accepted. Their workers and sub-contractors were excellent. We very highly recommend this company! They talk a good game initially, and are very accommodating at the beginning. We were happy at…read morefirst, but things went downhill fast. The sub-contractors they utilized for drywall and painting weren't up to par (in fact, the drywall job we did ourselves looks better than what the pros did). There are clear spatula marks on the wall from the mudders, and they didn't fix that even after we called them back. The painters they hired as sub-contractors were also difficult to work with; they didn't prepare properly and had to be called back afterwards. The biggest issue, though, was that they did not give us any contract or signed estimate before the work started (even after we asked several times) and then were talking as if there was lots of money left over as the job went on (insurance provided a specific amount to restore the house). As soon as we started discussing how we wanted to proceed, though, they suddenly were "over budget" and we had to pay more out of pocket, as the insurance money was used up. They didn't clean up well from the job, either. Some of our tools and supplies from previous projects went missing, and they left a few things behind as well. In the future, I think we'll just do the work ourselves. They finished the job quickly, but I'm going to spend the next 10+ years in this house staring at the mistakes they made.

Jeremy came in and measured perfectly and assisted Rob and McCoy with the installation of a sliding glass door and a large living room window. The professionalism with all four was outstanding! From start to finish, in one very cold day, was simply perfect. The color matches and modern look that gives to an old school feel makes this 1968 home look much better! Laying tarps down and making sure that cleanliness was a priority was observed and we are grateful. You cannot ask for better communication with all four. These guys went all out to make us feel comfortable with them in the house. I can't express how much these guys and the company have earned our respect and return business. We hired this company to reroof our home in 2011. We had them return several times for leaking…read moreskylights which was never resolved. Fast forward to May 2020 When we decided to have the house painted and had 3 companies come for estimates. One company noticed some unleveling on the front section of the roof. We didn't think much of it at the time. We did hire a roofing siding painting contractor to complete the job. On the last day the painters went up top on the front section to paint the siding and in walking on the roof to paint it was noted a large area of mushiness to the roof. We immediately called and their roofers came out removed the shingles and the plywood was soaking wet,the insulation wet. Upon further inspection of the roof from the inside attic there are areas of moisture noted and the shingles on the roof were incorrectly applied. Nails up too high on the shingle so it allowed rain snow to get under the shingles and wet the wood and insulation. Terrible workmanship. A new roof will have to be done!!
