We kickoff the day with a rooftop swimming pool and a party night in 2 venues at the historical centre. Next day an Island tour and an evening party boat tour. And some beach plus sightseeing for the last day, and of course day drinking with buddies :). Sandra up graded us to a suite, thanked us for our loyalty, was in route to our room to drop off extra pillows when we arrived. Sandra had great restaurant recommendations and the hotel has a list in the lobby for your use in the car. Our room and the entire hotel smelled clean and with a hint of citrus. Hotel is either quite new or is getting a remodel. Either way great space and great staff.

My sons are huge- a pullout couch is not acceptable, nor is not notifying me of the issue prior to arrival. Not only this, but the night manager left the clerk to deal with it. We ended up booking another room, (my husband and one stayed in one and my other son and I stayed in another) which was discounted but certainly not free due to their issue and process. Again, I would have made other arrangements had I been notified. Beyond this, the property is dated and all noises carry through walls. Do not stay here if you are in need of the specific room you booked. Stop in Buffalo or drive to Billings.
