My experience,as always, was OUTSTANDING at Golden Rule Pawn! Yesterday I went to Golden Rule Pawn looking for a connecting cord for my 3 year old lap top. Of course the big box store I originally bought it at was no help at all to me, {and rather rude to me}! Then I thought maybe Golden Rule Pawn would have the special kind of chord I would need! I was right not only did that have what I needed but there was NO charge! Josh & Cordell were super, as always! Brandon can be very proud of them and is quite Fortunate to have them as employees! I have bought many fine things at Golden Rule Pawn {in the past} all the stuff was {like} brand new, but very affordable! The quality of the stuff was like Neiman Marcus but the price was more like Walmart-{even better}! And as I said the staff is always outstanding! Great service and people. Went in to buy an engagement/wedding ring and they were so delighted to answer any questions we had. We ended up holding the ring overnight (thanks Kevin!) and bought it the next day. Money is tight so they were generous and gave us a great deal on the ring. Best pawn shop I have ever seen. I have dealt with this on a few occasions and most of them were pretty good,recently I put something on lay a way and made the initial payment plus a second payment. A eeek or so I send my Son to get it out as I was out of state and they tell him that I have to be the one to pick it up. So today I go to get it and they tell me "oh it restocked and sold,we're sorry."I said oh,did it... no worries and walked out.Not a call when my son tried to get it,not a call saying hey this is the last day to get your item,nothing. As I stated this wasn't my 1st time going there and I'm in there system. Very unprofessional and I doubt I'll ever be back. read more

Little over due review. Stopped by this pawn shop on our way to elsewhere and I saw some vinyl records in an unmarked container. Associate at the counter gave me an amazing deal not knowing it was actually my birthday that day. He made my day and his kind gesture is remembered whenever I play the records. read more

They helped with what we needed w a better interest rate. Also, their inventory in pretty great! They have a wide select range of products in every category you can think of. I have diabetes, I've been having some issues with my insurance today with them not wanting to pay for it even though they have in the past. Anyhow, I walked in after bawling my eyes out and needed to take a loan out on my purse which is a Louis Vuitton. I really didn't want to do it but I had payroll to run today and I didn't want to cut myself a check out of my company bank account because I didn't know if I had any bills coming through over the weekend. The best pawn shop I have been to as far as customer service. Easy and better rates than other pawn shops. I pawned jewelry to finish a construction project. They ended up having a lot of tools and supplies at a fraction of retail price leaving more room to budget other things. . It was a win all around for me. I've done business with the folks over @ Golden Rule only a handful of times but man... they're super thoughtful and go the extra mile!! I had to take a loan out on my Xbox Series S. They made the process smooth, but the reason I give them 5 is because I've had one of their competitors (their closest) ruin a PS4 controller because of the way they wrapped the joystick.. I had forgot to mention it to these guys, but when I got my Xbox back, I noticed they had taken the extra few seconds to wrap it in a way that made sure the joystick wouldn't be damaged!!
